Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an effective storage of heat with a simple construction preventing possible dead water in the small water tank by sub-dividing the inside of the water tank along the flow of water to make passages.
CONSTITUTION: This heat storage tank A has a bottom plate 1a, an upper lid 1b and a side wall 1c and is divided into a plurality of small water tanks 23b and 23c with partitions 22a and 22b. The partitions 22a and 22b are provided with communicating paths 24a and 24b to communicate the adjacent small water tanks to each other. Each small water tank is sub-divided with partitions 25aW25c arranged at a small space parallel to the flow of water therein so that water flows through a thin water passages 26aW26c therebetween. Water drawn from an intake port 5 with a pump is cooled or heated with a refrigerator or a heat source device 7 such as boiler and inducted to the small water tank 23a through a drain port 8. Thus, heat is stored in the heat storage tank A.
