Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the accuracy and stability of an analog analyzer for electrolyte bath method thereby to shorten the alanyzing time by the rotating direction of a pulse motor in accordance with the absolute value of an AC bridge output so that the probe of an electrolyte bath may be driven to effect automatic balance of the potentials measured.
CONSTITUTION: A phase discriminator 10 generates positive or negative signals for determining the rotating direction of a pulse motor in accordance with the advance or delay relationship between the output V of an AC bridge and the phase of the AC power source 3 of the bridge. On the other hand, the output of the discriminator 10 is fed to a pulse oscillating circuit 11 to generate pulse oscillatory frequency proportional to the absolute value of the output. An electronic switch 12 feeds the output from the pulse oscillating circuit 11 to the forward or backward circuit side CW or CCW of a pulse motor driving circuit 13 in accordance with the polarity of the pulse motor driving circuit 13. The output of the drive circuit 13 is fed to a pulse motor 14 so that this motor is driven at a speed proportional to the absolute value of the aforementioned output and in the rotating direction corresponding to the polarity of the output thereby to move the probe in the direction to effect the automatic balance in the potentials measured.
