Abstract

PURPOSE: To compensate the width of a drive pulse to a switch element between a servo motor and a driving electric source according to the change of the detected voltage in the driving electric source.
CONSTITUTION: A servo motor 1 is driven by a driving circuit 2. A frequency signal proportional to the number of revolutions of the motor 1 is generated by a sensor 5, and amplified by a pre-amplifier 6 into a fixed amplitude to be digitized by an A-D converter 7. A position signal 9 is input into a computing circuit 4, which computes a time width to drive the servo motor 1 on the basis of the position signal 9 and a shift amount indicating signal 10, sending it out to a pulse width converter 3 as a driving time signal 11, while a signal 13 to indicate the revolving direction of the servo motor 1 is sent to the motor driving circuit. The pulse width converter 3 is composed of a counter 24, a VOC (a voltage controlled oscillator) 34, a zero detector 26 and others, and an output pulse signal 12 is set to be inversely proportional to a driving voltage VD.
