Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ケーシング内に固定されたセンサエレメントを備えたガスセンサであって、 外側の保護スリーブと内側の保護スリーブとを備えた二重壁状の保護管が設けら れており、該両保護スリーブがそれぞれ、ガス流入および/またはガス流出のた めの少なくとも1つの開口を有しており、内側の保護スリーブが測定ガス室を形 成しており、該測定ガス室内に、センサエレメントの測定ガス側の部分が突入し ており、外側の保護スリーブと内側の保護スリーブとの間に、ガスを測定ガス室 内にさらに導くための中間室が形成されている形式のものにおいて、 外側の保護スリーブ(31)と内側の保護スリーブ(32)とが一体的に形 成されている ことを特徴とする、ガスセンサ。 2.外側の保護スリーブ(31)と内側の保護スリーブ(32)との間のケーシ ング側の端部に、環状フランジ(46)が形成されており、該環状フランジが少 なくとも1つの内側のガス開口(48)を有している、請求項1記載のガスセン サ。 3.環状フランジ(46)が外側の保護スリーブ(31)と内側の保護スリーブ (32)とに対して少なくともほぼ直角に延びている、請求項2記載のガスセン サ。 4.外側の保護スリーブ(31)と内側の保護スリーブ(32)との間に、前記 中間室(35)に対するガス流入および/またはガス流出のための、少なくとも 1つの端面側のガス開口(39)が形成されている、請求項1記載のガスセンサ 。 5.端面側のガス開口(39)が環状のギャップ(50)によって形成されてい る、請求項4記載のガスセンサ。 6.外側の保護スリーブ(31)がガス側の端部に、内側の保護スリーブ(32 )に向けられた縁部(55)を有しており、該縁部が環状のギャップ(50)を 狭めている、請求項5記載のガスセンサ。 7.ケーシング(11)が排ガス側の端部に円筒形の開口(15)を有しており 、外側の保護スリーブ(31)のケーシング側の端部に、円筒形部分(37)が 一体成形されており、保護管(30)がこの円筒形部分(37)でケーシング( 11)の円筒形の開口(15)内に挿入されていて、ケーシング(11)にガス 密に結合されている、請求項1記載のガスセンサ。
