Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ハロゲン化ビニル又はビニリデン系重合体、ポリアミド及び溶融混合の際に ハロゲン化物系重合体をポリアミドと相溶化する一酸化炭素及び/又はカルボキ シル官能性を有しているエチレン系重合体を含んで成り、ポリアミドはハロゲン 化物系重合体の重量の約1.5〜約2倍の重量で存在し、そしてエチレン系重合 体はハロゲン化物系重合体の約80重量%迄の有効な量で存在することを特徴と する組成物。 2.ポリアミドがハロゲン化物系重合体の重量の約1.75〜約2倍の重量で存 在する請求項1に記載の組成物。 3.エチレン系重合体がハロゲン化物系重合体の約20〜約50重量%の量で存 在する請求項1に記載の組成物。 4.該エチレン系重合体が一酸化炭素及びカルボキシル官能性の両方を有してい る請求項1に記載の組成物。 5.該エチレン系重合体が更に無水物変成されている請求項1に記載の組成物。 6.該エチレン系重合体が該溶融混合において該ハロゲン化物系重合体と混和す る請求項1に記載の組成物。 7.ハロゲン化物系重合体がポリ塩化ビニルである請求項1に記載の組成物。 8.ポリアミドがナイロンMPMD,6又はナイロンMPMD,12である請求 項1に記載の組成物。 9.エチレン系重合体がハロゲン化物系重合体の約1〜約20重量%の量で存在 する請求項8に記載の組成物。 10.重合体全体の重量基準で、約220℃未満の温度で溶融加工できるポリア ミド45〜65部ならびにハロゲン化ビニル又はビニリデン系重合体とハロゲン 化物系重合体基準で80重量%迄の一酸化炭素及び/又はカルボキシル官能性を 有しているエチレン系重合体との混合物35〜55部を含んで成ることを特徴と する組成物。 11.ハロゲン化物系重合体がポリ塩化ビニルである請求項10に記載の組成物 。 12.請求項1の組成物のワイヤー基体へのコーティングを含有する構造物。 13.請求項1の組成物から製造されたシート状の膜を含有する構造物。 14.請求項1の組成物から製造されたパイプライナーを含有する構造物。 15.請求項1の組成物から製造された容器。
