Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも2本の供給ローラ(11,12)と、糸用のニップを形成するた めに弾性表面層(17a)を有する支持ローラ17と協動し、かつ、複数の刃物 手段(22)用取付け部材付きの略円筒状の外被面を具備した回転カッター(1 6)とからなるエジェクターノズル(19)に関わる補強繊維材料(10)を切 断する装置において、前記回転カッター(16)の外被面に繊維糸(10)用の 溝状凹部(24)を形成し、該凹部が前記刃物手段(22)間の外被面に沿って 円周方向に延伸しており、供給ローラ(11,12)により、前記繊維糸の切断 長に適応させるために回転カッター(16)の速度から外れた送り速度で前記糸 を前方に送ることができることを特徴とする切断装置。 2.前記凹部(24)が各刃物手段の裏面付近の点(25)から回転方向に次の 刃物手段(22)の若干手前の点(26)まで延伸していることを特徴とする請 求項1に記載の装置。 3.前記支持ローラ(17)を前記回転カッター(16)の外被面を支持する方 向に又は離れる方向に制御手段(23)を用いて操作できることを特徴とする請 求項2に記載の装置。 4.前記制御手段(23)が前記支持ローラ(17)の前記弾性表面層(17a )の摩耗を補償する手段よりなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
