- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1および第2の主要液面を有するポリオレフィンフィルムおよびその第1 主要表面に接着した、ヒダントインヘキサアクリレート、光開始剤および以下の 式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ (式中、R1は約4〜約12個の炭素原子を有するベルフルオロアルキル基であ り;R2は約1〜約4個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基であり;R3は少なくと も2個の炭素原子で隣接するNおよびO原子を分離する、2〜約4個の炭素原子 を有する2価の飽和炭化水素基であり;R4は少なくとも2個の炭素原子で隣接 するO原子を分離する、2〜約4個の炭素原子を有する2価の飽和炭化水素基で あり;R5は水素または1〜約4個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基であり;およ び、nは1〜約12の数である。)の平均構造を有する界面活性剤を含有する出 発原料の光重合反応生成物である硬化被膜から成るラミネート。 2.該ポリオレフィンフィルムがポリプロピレンを含む請求項1記載のラミネー ト。 3.該出発原料が、100重量部のヒダントインヘキサアクリレートおよび約0 .05〜約1.5重量部の該界面活性剤から成る請求項1記載のラミネート。 4.該界面活性剤が、以下の式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ の構造、または以下の式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ の構造を有する請求項1記載のラミネ−ト。 5.4〜40μmの範囲の波長の赤外エネルギーに対して低透過率および高吸収 特性を有する透明ポリマー支持箔および該ポリマー支持箔の片面と接着した透明 反射金属層を更に有する請求項1記載のラミネートであって、該金属層が該ポリ オレフィンフィルムの第2主要面に接着している請求項1記載のラミネート。 6.該出発原料が100重量部のヒダントインヘキサアクリレートおよび約0. 05〜約1.5重量部の該界面活性剤から成る請求項5記載のラミネート。 7.該界面活性剤が以下の式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ の構造、または以下の式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ の構造を有する請求項5記載のラミネート。 8.該ポリマー支持箔の露出面を窓ガラスに接着する接着剤によって窓ガラスに 接着した請求項5記載のラミネートから成る窓ユニット。 9.a)100重量部のヒダントインヘキサアクリレート;b)約0.05〜約 1.5重量部の以下の式、▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ (式中、R1は約4〜約12個の炭素原子を有するペルフルオロアルキル基であ り;R2は約1〜約4個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基であり;R3は隣接する NおよびO原子を分離する少なくとも2個の炭素原子を有する2〜約4個の炭素 原子を有する2価の飽和炭化水素基であり;R4は隣接するO原子を分離する少 なくとも2個の炭素原子を有する2〜約4個の炭素原子を有する2価の飽和炭化 水素基であり;R5は水素または1〜約4個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基であ り;および、nは1〜約12の数である。)の構造を有する界面活性剤;および c)有効量の光開始剤; を含有する耐磨耗性被膜を提供するための光硬化性組成物。
