However, in the case where the zeolite particles are simply placed in a container and inserted into, for example, an exhaust stack as in the above-mentioned conventional deodorizing device, the amount of zeolite to be installed in a narrow space is small. Zeolites etc. (hereinafter referred to as adsorbents) housed in the container are adsorbed during use for several hours to several days when there are restrictions and when a gas containing a large amount of offensive odor gas that is continuously discharged is filtered. Limit (saturation)
And the air permeability is impaired and the adsorption action is lost at an early stage. Therefore, not only the various processing devices can not exert their functions sufficiently, but also there is a problem that offensive odor is emitted into the atmosphere to cause pollution, and the adsorbent is often a complicated work to replace with a new one. However, there is a drawback that a large amount of adsorbent stock is required. Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and properly deodorizes the odor contained in the gas of the processing device or the like with the adsorbent and ozone, and can be used while maintaining the deodorizing performance for a long period of time. It is intended to provide a deodorizing device.

The deodorizing device 1 configured as described above is attached to the exhaust ports 2a and (30) of the processing device such as the garbage processing machine S or the toilet T, and the gas in the processing device is taken in through the intake port 1a of the deodorizing device 1. After passing through the deodorizing chamber 5, it is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust port 1b. At this time, the gas containing an offensive odor is sufficiently contacted with the ozone O fed from the feeding unit 8 to be deodorized at the ozone treatment interval on the lower side in the ventilation direction of the adsorbent W mounted in the deodorization chamber 5, and the deodorization is also performed. When passing through the adsorbent W in the container 9 in the chamber 5, the odorous components are accurately adsorbed by the adsorbent W and are satisfactorily discharged in an odorless state. Further, when the ozone O passes through the adsorbent W together with the above gas, the ozone O contacts the adsorbent W to wash the ozone. Therefore, the adsorbent W recovers the adsorbing action while decomposing the adsorbed material and has a deodorizing performance for a long period of time. It can be maintained well, so that the exchange of the adsorbent W is minimal.

An adsorbent W shown as an embodiment in FIGS. 4 and 5
The container 9 for accommodating the adsorbent W is formed by a tea-tube-shaped main body 9a made of a stainless steel plate having a large number of small holes that do not leak the adsorbent W and a lid 9b of the main body 9a. A sponge-like seal 9c is wrapped around the upper part in a brim shape so that when the container 9 is mounted inside the deodorizing chamber 5, the container 9 is closely attached to the inner periphery of the deodorizing chamber 5 to be airtight. Therefore, the gas sucked in by the exhaust fan 11 is below the seal 9c and is not limited to the bottom surface of the container 9 but also the peripheral surface thereof.
Since it can be sucked into the inside and can also be sucked out from the upper part of the seal 9c in a large area, the adsorbent W
The exhaust resistance due to the installation can be reduced, and a large amount of the adsorbent W can be accommodated in the container 9 to improve the adsorption performance.

When zeolite particles are used as the adsorbent W, it is preferable that the lower layer particles are accommodated in layers so that the particles in the lower layer become large particles and become smaller particles in order to improve the air permeability and the deodorizing and adsorbing property. It is advisable to interpose different kinds of adsorbents W. Also, when the exhaust contains oil and fat components, coarse dust, etc., the clogging of the zeolite particles can be properly suppressed by installing the main carbon particles in the lowermost layer. By providing the seal 9c on the outer peripheral surface of the container 9, the accuracy of the container 9 and the deodorizing chamber 5 is not required, so that the manufacturing can be performed easily and inexpensively. Again container 9
When the ventilation holes are provided only on the bottom and the lid without providing the ventilation holes on the outer peripheral surface of the container, it is desirable that the joint between the receiving member 5a and the bottom of the container 9 be installed airtight.

When the food waste N is processed, an offensive odor (bad odor) is generated during fermentation and decomposition of the food waste N. Therefore, the gas in the processing chamber 22 containing the offensive odor is sucked out from the exhaust port 2a by the exhaust fan 11. After passing through the intake cylinder 3, the ozone chamber 4, and the deodorizing chamber 5, the gas is discharged to the outside of the machine. At this time, the odorous component in the gas is subjected to the primary deodorizing treatment in contact with ozone O in the ozone treatment interval of the ozone chamber 4 configured as described above, and the odor component in the container 9 is stored in the deodorizing chamber 5 in the adsorbent W. When passing through
The remaining odor component is adsorbed by the adsorbent W and subjected to the secondary deodorization process, and the gas passes through the peripheral surface of the container 9 above the seal 9c and is discharged from the exhaust hole 12 in a substantially odorless state. The amount of ozone O emission is 0.1PPM which is the ozone emission regulation value.
The following emissions are made.

As a result, in the case where the gas is directly filtered without using ozone in the container 9 containing zeolite as the adsorbent W, the adsorbent W is subjected to ozone treatment in advance as in the above embodiment. When the ozone O was sufficiently supplied to the adsorbent W while the adsorbent W was filtered, the former had a deodorization rate of about 60% and the adsorbent was saturated after about 3 days of operation, but the latter had a deodorization effect. The rate is 95% or more and the number of days of saturation of the adsorbent is several times, and it is possible to use the garbage treatment machine S for one week, which is the number of treatment days, without the need to replace the zeolite. We were able to confirm the improvement effect. In addition, the result of ozone washing of the one that was saturated by deodorizing and adsorbing with only zeolite in the experiment was 95%.
The recovery rate was above and it was reusable.

An elastic seal 9c is formed in a brim shape in the upper middle part of the outer periphery of the container 9, and when the container 9 is installed on the receiving tool 5a in the deodorizing chamber 5, the deodorizing operation is performed. The inner periphery of the chamber 5 is in close contact with and airtight. Therefore, the gas sucked in by the exhaust fan 11 is the seal 9
In the lower part of c, not only the bottom surface of the container 9 but also the peripheral surface thereof can enter the container 9, and the upper part of the seal 9c can similarly suck out a large area.
Exhaust resistance due to installation of a large amount of adsorbent W
Can be accommodated in the container 9 and the adsorption performance can be improved. Further, the non-perforated portion 9e is formed in the middle portion of the container 9 so that the gas can be sufficiently filtered in the adsorbent W. Reference numeral 9f is a guide portion for guiding gas to the bottom of the container 9. In this way, the container 9 made of paper material can be manufactured easily and inexpensively without requiring precision, and can be easily attached to and detached from the deodorizing device 1, and the used container 9 can be disposed of by using zeolite or the like. There is an advantage that it can be returned to the ground as an effective fertilizer together with the adsorbent W.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, it has the following effects. The gas containing an offensive odor is deodorized by the ozone fed from the feeding unit installed in the deodorization chamber, and is filtered while passing through the adsorbent in the container in the deodorization chamber, and it is odorless and good. Is discharged. Further, since ozone acts to wash the adsorbent with ozone, the adsorbent can maintain good deodorizing performance for a long period of time while the adsorbent is being decomposed and the adsorbing action is recovered, and the adsorbent and the container Allows easy and inexpensive deodorization work with little replacement.

Further, by means of a feeding section formed in an annular shape so as to face the ventilation cross section of the adsorbent, the gas is thoroughly mixed with ozone before reaching the adsorbent to deodorize the ozone, and then the inside of the adsorbent is filtered. Since the adsorbent accurately deodorizes and adsorbs with a reduced adsorption load, it is possible to perform deodorization of a large amount of gas with good performance for a long time. Further, it is possible to wash the adsorbent evenly without any unevenness and maintain the adsorption performance for a long period of time. Furthermore, the adsorbent is contained as a zeolite particle in a breathable container, and the container is detachably attached to the deodorization chamber and attached to the treatment device, so that a deodorization device with high deodorization performance can be provided easily and at low cost. The processing operation of the device can be performed well.
