Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.次式(I)で示される複合体組成物の溶融物MgCl2nROH mED… (I) (ROHは脂肪族アルコールを示し、RはC1〜C6のアルキル基である。ED は電子供与体を示す。nは1〜6、mは0〜1である。)が製造され、前記溶融 物がノズル(4)に供給され、前記溶融物がノズル(4)からスプレー領域(5 )にスプレーされ、スプレー領域(5)にて前記溶融物が微細な溶融物の液滴に 分かれ、可能性として部分的に凝固し、部分的に凝固している可能性のある溶融 物の粒子は冷却された結晶化領域(6)に移され、該結晶化領域(6)にて前記 溶融物の粒子は固体担体粒子に結晶化し、および該固体担体粒子が回収される重 合触媒の固体担体粒子の製造方法において、回転するまたは回転する部材に取り 付けられ、回転中心からスプレー領域(5)に前記溶融物を放出するノズル(4 )を通じて、前記溶融物がスプレーされることを特徴とする方法。 2.前記回転するノズルまたはノズルに取り付けられた前記回転する部材の回転 速度が約10,000〜30,000rpm、好ましくは18,000〜25, 000rpmであることを特徴とする前記請求項1に記載の方法。 3.軸周りに回転する中空の円盤が前記回転するノズル(4)として使用され、 前記中空の円盤の内側(17)に前記溶融物が導入され、該溶融物が前記中空の 円盤の外周面に設けられた複数の穴(18)から遠心力によって押し出されるこ とを特徴とする前記請求項1または2に配置の方法。 4.前記回転する中空の円盤(4)の直径が約100〜150mmであることを 特徴とする前記請求項3に記載の方法。 5.前記回転する中空の円盤(4)の外周面には4つのノズル穴(18)があり 、該ノズル穴の直径が約4mmであることを特徴とする前記請求項3または4に 記載の方法。 6.前記回転する中空の円盤(4)の末端は構造的に閉鎖されており、中空の部 分(17)は導入口(16)を通じて前記溶融物の供給バイブ(13)と連絡し ており、かつ、前記ノズル穴(18)を通じてスプレー領域(5)と連絡してい ることを特徴とする前記請求項3、4または5に記載の方法。 7.前記スプレー領域(5)には不活性ガス(7)が前記ノズル(4)の近傍に 導入され、該不活性ガス(7)の温度は好ましくは約20〜40℃であり、該不 活性ガス(7)の流量は好ましくは約500kg/hであることを特徴とする前 記請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。 8.スプレー領域(5)に導入された前記不活性ガスは、該不活性ガスが前記回 転するノズル(4)またはノズルに取り付けられた回転する部材と同じ方向に回 転するように、風向規制板(8)によって流れの方向を決定されることを特徴と する前記請求項1に記載の方法。 9.前記ノズルヘの溶融物の供給速度が約10〜50kg/hであり、溶融物を 供給する温度が好ましくは約100〜140℃であることを特徴とする前記請求 項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。 10.直立したチャンバー(1)が使用され、該チャンバー(1)の上端には前 記ノズル(4)があり、前記チャンバー(1)の上方部にはスプレー領域(5) があり、下方には結晶化領域(6)があり、および、下端には前記固体担体粒子 の回収口(10)があることを特徴とする前記請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の 方法。 11.前記結晶化領域(6)、または前記スプレー領域(5)と結晶化領域との 間にバイブ(8)を通じて不活性ガスが導入されることを特徴とする前記請求項 1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。 12.前記結晶化領域(6)、または前記スプレー領域(5)と結晶化領域との 間に導入される前記不活性ガスの温度が−50〜20℃であり、前記不活性ガス の流量が約300kg/hであることを特徴とする前記請求項11に記載の方法 。 13.ROHがエタノールであり、nが好ましくは3〜4であることを特徴とす る前記請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。 14.EDがジアルキルフタレート、好ましくはジイソブチルフタレート、また はマレイン酸ジアルキル、好ましくはマレイン酸ジエチルであることを特徴とす る前記請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。 15.mが約0.05であることを特徴とする前記請求項1〜14のいずれかに 記載の方法。 16.孔のない粒子が製造され、粒子サイズ分布を示すSPAN数が約1.1〜 1.6であることを特徴とする前記請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の方法。 17.前記回収された固体担体粒子を、四塩化チタンのような触媒活性能を有す る遷移金属化合物と合わせて、活性なオレフィン重合触媒を提供することを特徴 とする前記請求項1〜16のいずれかに記載の方法。 18.前記請求項17の方法で製造されたオレフィン重合触媒を助触媒および任 意成分である外部電子供与体と共にオレフィンの重合用として使用すること。
