Abstract

PURPOSE:To carry out the separating work for the containers superposed in plural stages in a mechanically stable manner, economize the labor in the separating work, and increase the separation speed, by installing a separating means for relatively separating the containers in multistages which are supplied to a separating unit vertically to the containers in the lowest stage and the cobtainers in the second stage or upper. CONSTITUTION:The containers 3 and 3 in the first row which are placed on a pallet 2 are pushed out from the rear part by a pushing-out plate 12 by driving the air cylinder 13 of a shipping unit 11, and transferred on the roller conveyor 17 of a separating unit 16. Then, the raising/lowering cylinder 22 of the separating unit 16 is rising-driven to lift up the containers 3 and 3 in one row at a prescribed height, and at the same time, air cylinders 24 and 24 are driven to press the hooding members 23 and 23 to the container 3 in the second stage, and the containers 3 in the second - fifth stages are once held. Then, the raising/ lowering cylinder 22 is lowering-driven to lower a roller conveyor 17, and the containers 3 and 3 in the separated first stage are transferred on a slat conveyor 21.

As a means for solving the above-mentioned problem, there is a mechanical method for separating the containers stacked one by one by a holding and transferring means such as a robot arm. When holding and disassembling by the holding and transferring means, the lower container is not supported, so the stacking posture becomes unstable and the vibration of the lower container may cause the lower container to fall down. It has a problem that it cannot be raised.

According to the present invention, the transfer means is driven to transfer the containers stacked in multiple stages to the separation unit side. By driving the separation means, the containers supplied to the separation unit side are vertically separated into a container stacked in the lowest stage and a container in the second or higher stage. The delivery means is driven to deliver the separated bottom container to the next step. Similarly, the separating means is driven to sequentially separate the containers stacked in multiple stages from the lower stage side and send them to the next step.

According to the present invention, since a plurality of stacked containers are vertically separated and are sequentially sent out from the lowest stage, the separated second and higher containers are supported by the separating means and the stacking posture is stable. Since the lowest container is sent out in a stable posture, the vibration that occurs when separating the lowest container is not transmitted to the second and higher containers, and as a result, the impact applied during separation The force is greatly reduced, and the container separation work can be performed mechanically and stably. Moreover, by simply transferring the containers stacked by the transfer means to the separating means, the containers stacked in multiple stages can be separated and decomposed one by one and sent out, thereby eliminating the need for manual intervention. Therefore, the labor of the separation work can be saved and the separation speed can be increased.

Moreover, since the container is separated from the lower side while keeping the stacking posture, it is possible to prevent the stored items such as fruits and vegetables put in the container from dropping at the time of separating the container. It is possible to ensure the safety of the stored items.

As described above, since the containers 3 stacked in multiple stages are vertically separated and sent out sequentially from the lowest stage, the separated second and higher containers 3 are supported by the separation unit 16 and the stacking posture is stabilized. Since the bottommost container 3 is sent out in a stable posture, the vibration generated when separating the bottommost container 3 is not transmitted to the containers 3 in the second and higher stages, resulting in a load during separation. The impact force applied is greatly reduced, and the work of separating the container 3 can be performed mechanically and stably. In addition, by simply supplying the containers 3 stacked by the shipping unit 11 to the separation unit 16, the stacked containers 3 can be separated and decomposed one by one and sent out, and no manual work is required. Therefore, labor saving of the separation work and increase of the separation speed can be achieved.

Moreover, since the container 3 is separated from the lower side while keeping the stacking posture, it is possible to prevent the fruit vegetables C put in the container 3 from dropping when the container 3 is separated. It is possible to ensure the safety of stored items.

For example, the air cylinders 24, 24 connected and fixed to the left and right holding members 23, 23 are vertically moved up and down by an appropriate lifting means such as a cylinder mechanism, a ball screw mechanism, a chain mechanism or the like, and placed on the roller conveyor 17. It is also possible to separate the lowermost container 3 and the second or higher container 3 from above and below, and to load the pallet 2 on which a large number of each container 3 is placed by a conveyor for feeding (not shown). The first row conveyed to the position B and placed on the pallet 2 ~
The containers 3 and 3 in the fifth row may be sequentially unloaded one by one.
