るレール台11よりも上方に位置させたから、挟
扼レールの始端側に設けたレバーを手で持つて手
扱セツト操作ができるので、操作し易く、しか
も、てこの原理により操作荷重を大幅に軽減で
き、また、運転中、不用意に手扱セツト操作をし
ても手がフイードチエンに挟まれたりする危険が
なく安全性が一層高められるため、性別や年令、
熟練度等に左右されることなく簡単かつ安全に取
扱うことができるうえ、レバーが手扱作業時にお
ける穀稈供給のガイド作用及び供給穀稈が挟扼レ
ールの上方へ逸脱するのを阻止するブロツク作用
を果たすので、穀稈供給の際、穀稈が挟扼レール
の上方に入り込んで挟扼レールとレール台等に引
掛かつたりするトラブルを解消して供給穀稈の全
てを確実に挟扼レールとフイードチエン間に噛み
込ませることができ、したがつて、その都度穀稈
を小分けにすることなく脱穀性能の限度内で一度
に多くの穀稈を円滑かつ安全に供給できるので、
作用能率を大幅にアツプさせることが可能とな
り、また従来の挟扼レールを利用してレバーを容
