チエンに対し上方に離間した手扱セツト位置とに
切換可能に構成したものにおいて、前記挾扼レー
ルの始端側に手扱位置セツト用のレバーを設ける
と共に、手扱セツト位置では上記レバーは、その
一端が挾扼レールの始端側に接続され、他端が挾
扼レール始端側の仮想延長線ｌよりも上方に延出
