Abstract

PURPOSE:To feed an object to be painted at constant speed even when the object to be painted is warped by forming each of a feed-in conveyor and a feed-out conveyor from a conveyor formed by parallelly providing belts, and arranging both end parts of grid-like spacers between the narrow strip-like belts. CONSTITUTION:When an object 7 to be painted is fed at a speed of 60-120m/min from a feed-in conveyor 1, the paint 8 flowing down in a curtain-like state from the head 4 of a flow coater is applied to the object 7 to be painted passing on spacers 3 and the painted object 7 to be painted is fed out by a feed-out conveyor 2. When the warped object 7 to be painted is fed to be painted, since there is no gaps because the end part of the feed-in conveyor 1 or the feed-out conveyor 2 and the end parts of the spacers 3 are overlapped each other, the object 7 to be painted is fed smoothly at constant speed and there is no lack in the curtain of the paint 8 and the paint can be uniformly applied to the entire surface of the object 7 to be painted. By this method, the object to be painted is stably fed at constant speed and a paint film can uniformly be applied to the object to be painted.

In other words, when the object 7 to be coated is fed at a speed of about 60 to 110 m/min on the inlet conveyor 1' as shown in Fig. 8(a), when it passes over the horse 3, as shown in Fig. 8(b) C
), the paint 8 is applied to the object 7 to be painted. If the object to be coated 7 is not warped, the object to be coated 7 contacts the conveyor 1' on the inlet side and the conveyor 2' on the outlet side and is sent at a constant speed, and the height between it and the flow coater head 4 is also constant. The coating is uniformly applied as shown in FIG. 8(d). However, when the object 7 to be coated has a ten-fold warp, Fig. 9(a) (b
) The coating is applied as shown in FIG. 9(c), but since the tip of the object to be coated 7 is raised, the height between 20 and the coater head 4 changes, and the paint 8 is coated as shown in FIG. 9(C). There is a lack of curtains and horizontal lines due to grooves 9 are formed on the painted surface.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the coating apparatus of the present invention has a grid-shaped plate 3 between the carry-in side conveyor 1 and the carry-out side conveyor 2.
The flow coater head 4 is arranged above the conveyor belt 3, and the object 7 to be coated is conveyed from the conveyor belt 1 on the carry-in side to the conveyor belt 2 on the discharge side. In a coating device for painting, the carry-in side conveyor and the carry-out side conveyor 2 are formed by conveyors having a plurality of narrow belt-like belts 11 arranged in parallel, and both ends of the grid-shaped horse 3 are connected between the narrow belt-like belts 11. The height of each narrow belt-like belt 11 is set at a position approximately 1/2 the length of the object 7 from the end of the conveyor 1 on the inlet side and the end on the side 3 of the conveyor 2 on the output side. The average warpage height is increased by H.

[Function] Since there is no gap between the conveyor 1 on the carry-in side or the conveyor 2 on the carry-out side and the horse 3, even when conveying the object 7 to be coated which is warped, the edge of the object 7 to be coated falls down and the part that gets caught is prevented. Therefore, the object 7 to be coated is smoothly fed at a constant speed, and stable coating is possible, resulting in a uniform coating film. By providing each of the narrow strip belts 11 of the carry-in side conveyor 1 and the carry-out side conveyor 2 with a portion that is higher than the height of the average warpage of the objects 7 to be coated, even when the objects 7 to be coated have 10 degrees of warpage, the height of the objects 7 to be coated can be maintained. It is possible to paint the part where the paint flows down approximately horizontally, and also to ensure that the carry-in conveyor 1 or the carry-out conveyor 2 is in contact with the object 7 to be coated, so that the paint film can be painted evenly. A gutter 5 is provided below the horse 3 to collect excess paint 8. The carry-in side conveyor 1 and the carry-out side conveyor 2 are formed by arranging a plurality of narrow belt-like belts 11 in parallel. Insert and duplicate. When the length of the object to be coated 7 is l, the height of the narrow belt-shaped belt 11 is raised at a position of approximately 1/2 from the end of the carry-in side conveyor 1 and the carry-out side conveyor 2 on the side of the flow coater head 4. It is. In order to increase this height, a spacer 12 made of a material such as Teflon is inserted, and the spacer 12 increases the height by the average warp height H of the object 7 to be coated. However, when the object to be coated 7 is conveyed from the conveyor 1 on the inlet side at a speed of 60 to 120 m/m1n, when the object to be coated 7 passes over the horse 3, the paint 8 flows down from the flow coater head 4 in a curtain shape. The object 7 to be coated is coated, and the coated object 7 is carried out by a conveyor 2 on the carry-out side. When conveying and painting a workpiece 7 with a negative curve as shown in FIG. 4(b), the conveyor 1 on the carry-in side
Also, the end of the conveyor 2 on the unloading side and the end of the horse 3 overlap! Since there is no time difference, when the object 7 to be coated is transported, there is no part where the end part falls down and gets caught and receives impact, and the object 7 to be coated is sent smoothly at a constant speed, so there is no lack of curtain of paint 8, and the object 7 to be coated is transported smoothly. ! I+! It is possible to apply coating uniformly to the entire surface of 17. In addition, when coating a workpiece 7 with a + warp as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, the narrow belt-like belt 11 between the side end and the spacer 12 is fed so that the part of the object 7 passing over the wall 3 is horizontal, and the object 7 is fed horizontally. The object to be coated 7 is sent in secure contact with the carry-in conveyor 1 or the carry-out conveyor 2, and the flow coater head 4 and the object to be coated 7
The height between the paint 8 and the paint 8 is kept constant, and the paint 8 is fed smoothly at a constant speed, so that there is no lack of a curtain of the paint 8, and the paint film can be uniformly coated.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention includes a conveyor on the carry-in side and a conveyor on the discharge side as conveyors in which a plurality of narrow strip-shaped belts of a plurality of oysters are provided in parallel, and both ends of the grid-shaped horse are connected between the narrow strip-shaped belts. Because of this, there is no gap between the conveyor on the inlet side and the conveyor on the output side than in the conventional case, and the edge of the object to be coated does not drop even when conveying and painting a curved object. The object to be coated is conveyed smoothly at a constant speed without any caught parts, and the coating is coated uniformly on the object to be coated. Moreover, the object to be coated is coated from the upper end of the carry-in conveyor and the carry-out conveyor. Approximately 1/2 of the length of the object
Since the height of each narrow belt-shaped heddle is raised above the average warpage height of the object to be coated at the M position, the height of each narrow belt-shaped heddle is increased by the average warpage height of the object to be coated, so that the warpage of 10 degrees is reduced by raising this narrow belt-shaped belt. The object to be coated is conveyed so that the part that passes over it is approximately horizontal, and the conveyor on the inlet side and the conveyor on the outlet side are conveyed in secure contact with the object to be coated, and the height between it and the flow col head is maintained. The coating is carried out stably at a constant speed while keeping the coating constant to ensure a uniform coating.
