Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は釣糸を釣竿内部に挿通した中通し式釣竿に関す
るものである。
【従来の技術】
釣竿の先端部に前端に釣糸案内環を有する釣糸案内筒を
嵌着した中通し釣竿は実公昭３１−１３２６８号公報に
見られるように既に知られているが、この種牛通し釣竿
は釣糸が釣竿内部を挿通して捲取り又は繰出されるため
釣糸抵抗が大きく、この傾向は細径の竿になる程−層助
長され、通常の釣竿に比し操作し辛いものとされていた
。
【発明が解決しようとする課題］ このような現状に試み、本願発明は中通し釣竿において釣竿先端部に装着される釣糸案内筒における釣糸抵抗を可及的に減少せしめて釣竿操作性能を向上するようにしたことを目的とするものである。 【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は前記目的を達成するために、釣竿の先端部に前
端に釣糸案内環を設けた釣糸案内筒を嵌着した中通し釣
竿において、前記釣糸案内環の釣糸案内面の曲率半径を
釣竿先端部の半径と同等以上に形成したものである。 本発明者は釣糸を捲取り又は繰出すときの釣糸抵抗を軽
減することについて種々実験（ｉｆｆ　究Ｌ／た結果、
従来方式における釣糸案内環は、断面円形状のものを使
用しその断面円形部の半径は釣竿の内径の１１５以下に
過ぎないのが現状である。 ところがこの釣糸案内環の断面部分の曲率半径に着目し
、これを釣竿先端部における半径と同等以上にすること
により、釣糸抵抗を著しく軽減できることが確認された
。 次表は従来方式と本発明との何れも断面円形の釣糸案内
環を使用した場合の釣糸抵抗を引張力で比較したもので
、本発明によるときには２０％も軽減していることが分
かる。 きのテンション しかして前記実験は釣糸案内環だけについて比較したが
、釣糸案内筒の釣糸案内環部分における内径と釣糸先端
から釣糸案内環までの距離とを大きくすることにより釣
糸繰出し時の抵抗を更に軽減することができる。 例えば釣竿の内径が１．　５＋ｍｍ程度のときには、釣
糸案内筒の釣糸案内環部分の内径は釣竿内径の２倍、竿
先から釣糸案内環までの距離は釣竿内径の７倍程度にす
るのが好ましい。 また釣糸案内環は必ずしもその断面形状を円形にする必
要はなく、釣糸接触部における断面部の曲率半径が釣竿
先端部の半径と同等以上にすれば良い。
【作用】
本発明は釣糸案内環の断面部における曲率半径を釣竿先
端の半径と同等以上に形成することによって釣糸は抵抗
少なくスムースに釣竿及び釣糸案内環を有する釣竿案内
筒を介して捲取られ又は繰出される。
【実施例】
本発明の実施例を図面について説明すると、釣糸を挿通
できる穂先釣竿ｌの先端部外側には前端に釣糸案内環２
を有するラッパ状の釣糸案内筒３が嵌着固着されると共
に前記釣糸案内環２の釣糸接触部ある断面形状は略曲玉
状に形成され、その曲率半径は釣竿１先端部の内径の１
／２以上即ち半径と同等以上になるように形成されてい
る。 しかして前記釣糸案内筒３は繊維補強の強化合成樹脂、
セラミックス等で形成され、又釣糸案内環２は耐摩耗性
がありかつ滑りの良いセラミック、金属、その他の複合
材料を使用し、更に表面硬化処理を施すこともできる。 本発明の具体的実施例を示すと、内径１．５Ｍ（半径０
．７５ｍｍ）の穂先竿１の先端部に釣糸案内環２におけ
る内径が３．２ｍｍでかつ釣竿先端から釣糸案内環前縁
までの長さ１０．０ｍｍのラッパ状の釣糸案内筒３を嵌
着固定すると共に前記釣糸案内環２の曲率半径を１．０
ｍｍに形成したものは、釣糸の捲取り時の釣糸抵抗を著
しく軽減すると同時に釣糸繰出し時の釣糸抵抗も低減す
ることができた。
【発明の効果】
本発明は釣竿の先端に嵌着した釣糸案内筒の釣糸案内環
における断面の曲率半径を釣竿先端部の半径と同等以上
に形成したので、釣糸捲取り又は繰出し時の釣糸抵抗を
著しく軽減することができ、釣竿の操作機能を向上して
魚釣り操作を円滑容易に行うことができる優れた特徴を
有する。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １、釣竿の先端部に前端に釣糸案内環を設けた釣糸案内
    筒を嵌着した中通し釣竿において、前記釣糸案内環の釣
    糸案内面の曲率半径を釣竿先端部の半径と同等以上に形
    成したことを特徴とする中通し釣竿。
