Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は薄層クロマトグラフィー用材料に関するもので
ある。
(従来の技術) 平滑なガラス板又はポリエステルフィルム(以下基板と
総称)上に、吸着剤の薄い層を付着させて固定相とし、
種々の溶媒(移動相)で試料を展開させる薄層クロマト
グラフィー(TLC)は試料成分の分離、固定、定量等
に広く用いられている。

Claims (3)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. (1)多数の小孔を有する多孔質ガラス管又は棒よりな
    る薄層クロマトグラフィー用材料。
  2. (2)多孔質ガラスはSiO_245〜70wt%、B
    _2O_38〜30wt%、CaO8〜25wt%、A
    l_2O_35〜15wt%、Na_2O3〜8wt%
    、K_2O1〜5wt%、Na_2O+K_2O4〜1
    3wt%、MgO0〜8wt%、又はSiO_245〜
    70wt%、B_2O_38〜30wt%、CaO8〜
    25wt%、Al_2O_35〜15Wt%なる組成を
    有するガラスを熱処理してB_2O_3、CaOを主体
    とする相を分相せしめ、この相を溶解除去することによ
    って得られるものである請求項1記載の薄層クロマトグ
    ラフィー用材料。
  3. (3)多孔質ガラスの孔径は1,000〜12,000
    Åである請求項2記載の薄層クロマトグラフィー用材料
