本発明は薄層クロマトグラフィー用材料に関するもので
ある。

平滑なガラス板又はポリエステルフィルム（以下基板と
総称）上に、吸着剤の薄い層を付着させて固定相とし、
種々の溶媒（移動相）で試料を展開させる薄層クロマト
グラフィー（ＴＬＣ）は試料成分の分離、固定、定量等
に広く用いられている。

Claims (3)
- （１）多数の小孔を有する多孔質ガラス管又は棒よりな
る薄層クロマトグラフィー用材料。 - （２）多孔質ガラスはＳｉＯ＿２４５〜７０ｗｔ％、Ｂ
＿２Ｏ＿３８〜３０ｗｔ％、ＣａＯ８〜２５ｗｔ％、Ａ
ｌ＿２Ｏ＿３５〜１５ｗｔ％、Ｎａ＿２Ｏ３〜８ｗｔ％
、Ｋ＿２Ｏ１〜５ｗｔ％、Ｎａ＿２Ｏ＋Ｋ＿２Ｏ４〜１
３ｗｔ％、ＭｇＯ０〜８ｗｔ％、又はＳｉＯ＿２４５〜
７０ｗｔ％、Ｂ＿２Ｏ＿３８〜３０ｗｔ％、ＣａＯ８〜
２５ｗｔ％、Ａｌ＿２Ｏ＿３５〜１５Ｗｔ％なる組成を
有するガラスを熱処理してＢ＿２Ｏ＿３、ＣａＯを主体
とする相を分相せしめ、この相を溶解除去することによ
って得られるものである請求項１記載の薄層クロマトグ
ラフィー用材料。 - （３）多孔質ガラスの孔径は１，０００〜１２，０００
