Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 この発明は、自動送信式のファクシミリ装置の改良に関
する。
〈従来の技術〉 自動送信式のファクシミリ装置は、指定された時刻が到
来すると相手先番号を自動発呼し、読み取り装置にセッ
トされた原稿やメモリ内に記憶された画情報等の送信情
報を自動送信するように構成されており、もし指定され
た相手先番号が一般加入電話の番号であると、回線が接
続された際に相手先からの標準の応答信号を受信できず
、送信は行なわれない。この場合には、「相手局応答な
し」の結果を扱い者に記録表として提示することが一般
に行なわれる。
〈発明が解決しようとする課題〉 相手先が一般加入電話であった場合には、上記のように
その結果が記録表として提示されるだけであるため、扱
い者が気付かないで同一番号を再度指定し、同じミスを
繰り返す可能性があった。
この発明はこの点に着目し、送信できない番号の再指定
を防止することを目的としてなされたものである。
く課題を解決するための手段〉 上述の目的を達成するために、この発明では、回線が接
続された際に相手先からの標準の応答信号を受信できな
かった相手先番号を記憶手段に記憶し、同一番号が再度
指定されると送信不可の旨を警報手段がら出力するよう
にしている。
ｐｌＳ１図はこの発明の構成を示す図であり、Ａは指定
手段、Ｂは送信手段、Ｃは記憶手段、Ｄは警報手段、Ｅ
は制御手段である。

に気付かせることができるので、同一番号を再度指定す
るミスが防止される。
〈実施例〉 犬に、図示の一実施例について説明する。
第２図において、１はキーボード等を備えた操作部、２
は原稿の読み取り装置、３は必要な諸情報を記憶するメ
モリ、４は相手局との送受信を制御する網制御１部、５
は必要に応じて情報を出力するプリンタを備えた記録出
力部、６はこれらの諸装置の全体を制御する主副ｆＩ４
部であり、これらは適宜のインターフェースを介してデ
ータバス７により相互に接続されている。１１は操作部
１に設けられている相手局用途キー、１２はＬＥＤから
なる表示灯であり、表示灯１２は相手局用途キー１１と
並べて設けられ、あるいは相手局用途キー１１内に組み
込まれている。
この実施例は上記のような構成であり、第３図及び第４
図にその動作を示す。
すなわち、各種の指定は操作部１の各種のキーを毘作す
ることに上り行われるのであり、送信時刻と送信すべき
相手先番号が指定され、また必要に応じて読み取り装置
２に原稿がセットされ、あるいはメモリ３内の送信すべ
き情報が指定される（ステップＳｌ）。指定された時刻
が到来すると相手先番号を自動発呼しくステップＳ２）
、相手先からの標準応答信号が受信され、更にＤＩＳ信
号を受信すると通常の送信を行い（ステップＳ３）、送
信が終了し、あるいはＤＩＳ信号を受信できない時には
回線を切って待ちモードとなる（ステップＳ４）。
一方、ステップＳ３で応答信号を受信できない場合はス
テップＳ５に進み、所定の時間Ａｌ通過後表示灯１２を
点灯して送信不可の旨を表示し、その番号をメモリ３内
に記憶してステップＳ４に進む。
ｊ！１ｒＪ４図は再指定の場合であり、ステップＳ３で
応答信号を受信できなかった同じ番号が指定されると、
送信不可であった内容が記録出力ｇ５からプリント出力
されて待ちモードとなる（ステップＳ６）。送信不可は
、相手先が７Ｔクンミリではあるが回線の問題で応答信
号を受信できなかった場合、相手先が一般加入電話であ
ったために応答信号を受信できなかった場合等があり、
プリント出力にはこれらの内容が適切な一覧表等の形式
で表示される。また指定された番号が送信不可の番号で
なかった場合には、ステップＳ７に進んで所定の処理が
続行されるのである。
従って、扱い者は表示灯１２の点灯により、更にプリン
ト出力により送信不可であった相手先番号を知ることが
でき、同じ番号の再指定が防止されるのである。
〈発明の効果〉 上述の実施例から明らかなように、この発明は標準の応
答信号を受信できなかった相手先番号が再度指定される
と送信不可の旨の警報を出力するようにしたものである
。
従って、相手先が一般加入電話であった場合には、単に
結果を記録表として提示していた従来と異なって扱い者
に気付かせることができ、同一番号を再度指定するよう
なミスの繰り返しをより確実に防止することが可能とな
るのである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １、送信時刻と送信すべき相手先番号を指定する指定手
    段を備え、指定された時刻に所定の送信情報を指定され
    た相手先に自動送信するように構成されたファクシミリ
    装置において、回線が接続された際に相手先からの標準
    の応答信号を受信できなかった相手先番号を記憶し、同
    一番号が再度指定されると送信不可の旨を出力する警報
    手段を備えたことを特徴とするファクシミリ装置。
