第1図は本考案の熱交換器の一実施例を示す縦
断面説明図、第2図は第1図における鎖線円Aで
囲まれた伝熱管と管板との溶接取付構造(タイプ
A)の拡大断面図、第3図は第1図における鎖線
円Bで囲まれた伝熱管と管板との溶接取付構造(
タイプB)の拡大断面図、第4図および第5図は
欠円形の邪魔板の説明図、第6図および第7図は
二重欠円形の邪魔板の説明図、第8図は欠円形で
、かつ、互いに隣り合う邪魔板の重なる部分にの
み伝熱管を配列した形状の邪魔板を示す説明図、
第9図は本考案の熱交換器の他の実施例を示す縦
断面説明図、第10図および第11図は従来の、
伝熱管と管板との溶接取付構造の拡大断面図であ
る。 1……伝熱管、2……管板、3……端部開口、
4……孔、5,6……溶接部、7……低温ガス入
口、8……低温ガス出口、10……胴、11……
前部管板、12……後部管板、13……孔、14

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 管側、胴側とも1パスで、かつ、伝熱管1と
    胴10との熱膨張による伸び差を吸収できるよう
    に、後部管板12を遊動形の構造、または伸縮継
    手を胴外部もしくは胴内部に設けた固定管板形の
    構造とした多管式熱交換器において、伝熱管1の
    外径を25.4〜50.8mmとし、前部管板11
    の厚さを50mm以下として、前部管板11および
    後部管板12が、伝熱管1と管板との間の隙間が
    なくなるように、下記のタイプAまたは/および
    下記のタイプBの伝熱管と管板との溶接取付構造
    を有することを特徴とする熱交換器。 (a) タイプAの伝熱管と管板との溶接取付構
    造は、管板2に伝熱管1の内径と等しい孔13を
    設け、この孔の一端に伝熱管の外径よりやや厚い
    周縁部14を突出させ、この周縁部の内側を周回
    状に切り欠いて伝熱管を挿入・当接するストツパ
    15を形成し、このストツパ内に伝熱管1の一端
    を挿入して伝熱管と管板とを溶接してなる構造。 (b) タイプBの伝熱管と管板との溶接取付構
    造は、管板2にテーパ状の孔18およびこの孔の
    小径部に連通する直管状の小径孔20を設け、こ
    の小径孔内に、先端内側を周回状に切り欠いた伝
    熱管1を挿入して、小径孔と伝熱管先端部とを溶
    接してなる構造。 2 請求項1記載の熱交換器において、後部管板
    12の厚さを50mmを越える値とし、邪魔板25
    を、欠円形で、かつ、互いに隣り合う邪魔板の重
    なる部分にのみ伝熱管を配列した形状、欠円形ま
    たは二重欠円形とし、前記管板はタイプBの伝熱
    管と管板との溶接取付構造を有し、かつ、後部管
    板はタイプAの伝熱管と管板との溶接取付構造を
    有することを特徴とする熱交換器。 3 請求項1記載の熱交換器において、後部管板
    12の厚さを50mm以下とし、邪魔板25を欠円
    形または二重欠円形とし、前部管板はタイプAの
    伝熱管と管板との溶接取付構造を有し、後部管板
    はタイプBの伝熱管と管板との溶接取付構造を有
    することを特徴とする熱交換器。 4 請求項1記載の熱交換器において、後部管板
    12の厚さを50mm以下とし、邪魔板25を欠円
    形または二重欠円形とし、前部管板11はタイプ
    Bの伝熱管と管板との溶接取付構造を有し、後部
    管板12はタイプAまたはタイプBの伝熱管と管
    板との溶接取付構造を有することを特徴とする熱
    交換器。
