Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to design such as patterns or the like of a cloth and the print given thereupon to be transferred through a simple and economical method by carrying out the blow molding of a resin by the use of a blow molding mold spread over with a cloth having a configuration, pattern or print, or the combination of them to be transferred on its surface at the position wherein a parison is covered, after that, separating the cloth adhered over the surface. CONSTITUTION:Prepared is a cloth having pattern, configuration, recesses and protrusions, print and the like for decorating the surface of a molding article. Next, a mold cavity for blow molding is covered with the cloth in a state of enclosing a parison, and the peripheral end part thereof is fixed by the way capable of removing it simply after the use. After being prepared with a mold spread over a cloth, a heat molten resin is extruded form an extruding nozzle, and a parison is molded, after that, the mold is closed, and then the mold is set. And, after a blow molding is performed by blowing a compressed air into the parison, the cooling and solidification of them are carried out, so that an article stuck with the cloth on the surface can be obtained. The molding article is removed from the mold, after that, the cloth stuck on the surface is separated, thus an ornamental blow molding article can be obtained.

In other words, the present invention provides a decorated hollow molded article to which the shape, pattern, or print on the cloth surface, or a combination thereof is transferred, and as a method for producing the same, a molded article is placed in a position where the parison is covered. After blow-molding the resin using a blow-molding mold stretched with a cloth having the shape, pattern, or print to be transferred to the surface, or a combination thereof, the cloth attached to the surface is peeled off. The present invention provides a method for producing a decorated hollow molded article.

In addition, it is preferable to avoid fabrics with textures or stitches where the resin gets wedged and solidifies, making it difficult to remove. It is better not to use fabrics with fuzzy fabrics, as the resin will stick to the fluff. . In this regard, the inventor's experiments have shown that most commercially available fabrics can be used, with the exception of special fabrics.
It is practical to conduct a simple preliminary test to confirm whether peeling is possible or not.

If the surface of the fabric is too uneven to print, it is also possible to first print on a fabric with a flat surface and then back it with a fabric with the desired unevenness, pattern, etc. . Similarly, when the fabric is lace, tape, appliqué, or extremely thin, it is preferable to use a relatively rigid fabric.

In addition, as a method of stretching the cloth, a fabric support tube that can be moved up and down using an air cylinder or the like is installed directly under the parison, and when the support tube is lowered, the circular knitted fibers A5 are slightly stretched at the upper end. , and then cover the supporting cylinder with the protruding part, and then raise the supporting cylinder and enclose the parison therein. At the same time, the protruding upper end of the circular knitted fiber is molded with a fixture. It is also possible to tighten the support tube by fixing it on the support tube and then lowering the support tube.

Once the mold with Ifi stretched is prepared, according to the usual method,
After extruding the hot melt resin from the extrusion nozzle to form a parison, the mold is closed and the other mold is placed in the cellar 1. Next, compressed air is blown into the parison to perform blow molding, and the parison is cooled and solidified to obtain a molded article with the above-mentioned cloth attached to the surface. After removing the molded product from the mold and peeling off the iro adhered to the surface, the decorated hollow has the appearance that the shape, unevenness, pattern, and/or printing on the surface of the cloth has been completely transferred. Molded products can be obtained.

As the blow molding method used in the present invention, any conventionally known method can be used. For example, in order to increase molding recycle, as soon as the parison is built into the mold, the mold is immediately moved to another position to cool it down, or the plasticized resin is stored and the parison is intermittently used at predetermined intervals. A method of forming a parison by extrusion can be selected and used as appropriate.

This parison is covered with a cylindrical spandex two-way tricot cloth (manufactured by Asahi Kasei Kogyo, trade name: Pawanets), the mold is closed, and the cloth is stretched over the parison. This mold is set in an AD65 type blow molding machine manufactured by Placo, and is blown with pressurized air at a blowing air pressure of 3 to 5 Ng/end. After cooling the molded product, the mold is opened and the cylindrical container for liquid cosmetics is taken out. The obtained container had the above-mentioned 1 to 100% cotton cloth adhered to the entire surface. When this cloth was peeled off by hand, 1q of cylindrical containers for liquid cosmetics were obtained on the surface of which the unevenness of the tricot cloth was transferred in the form of a textured pattern.
