Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a patterned injection molded product wherein a pattern and other design are applied to a base pattern, by a method wherein design cloth having a relatively coarse mesh and cloth having a relatively fine mesh are superposed to be provided in a mold under tension and a synthetic resin is injected on the side of the relatively fine mesh cloth to perform injection molding and two kinds of the cloths adhered to the surface of the molded product are subsequently released. CONSTITUTION:Relatively coarse mesh design cloth having a pattern, a surface shape and unevenness, for example, lace having a decorative or decorated design and relatively fine mesh cloth having a woven or knitted pattern are prepared. The fine mesh cloth is superposed on the coarse mesh cloth and a mold cavity for injection molding is covered with both cloths under tension so that the coarse mesh cloth is positioned on the side of the injection nozzle of said mold cavity and both cloths are simply fixed to the upper and lower of the mold on the outside thereof by an adhesive tape or an adhesive. The mold is closed and engaged, and a thermally melted resin injected from an injection nozzle and cooled and solidified to obtain a molded product having two kinds of the cloths adhered to the surface thereof. After or when this molded product is taken out of the mold, both cloths are released to obtain a patterned injection molded product to which the surface shapes, uneven states and patterns of both cloths are transferred is obtained.

In order to achieve the above object, the present inventor investigated integral molding and transfer technology in injection molding, and found that by using a relatively fine cloth overlaid on the design cloth, both designs can be simultaneously applied to the injection molded product. The present invention was completed by developing a technique for transferring onto surfaces.

That is, the present invention provides a patterned injection-molded product to which the surface shapes and/or patterns of both relatively fine-textured cloth and comparatively coarse-textured design cloth are transferred, and a method for manufacturing the same. After layering a relatively coarse design cloth and a relatively fine cloth and stretching them in a mold, synthetic resin is injected from the side of the relatively fine cloth, and then the surface of the molded product is The purpose of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method characterized by peeling off the two types of cloths attached to the cloth.

In order to manufacture the injection molded product of the present invention, first, the surface of the molded product must be decorated with a relatively coarse design having a pattern, surface shape, unevenness, etc., such as decoration, decoration, or design. Prepare at least two types of fabric: one with a certain lace, tape, appliqué, mesh, etc., and one with a relatively fine weave or knit pattern.

Cloths with a relatively fine mesh are strong and should be avoided if they have a weave or stitch pattern where the resin wedges into the cloth and solidifies, making it difficult to remove. It is also better not to use fluffy fabrics because the resin will stick to the fluff.

Regarding this point, the inventor's experiments have shown that most commercially available fabrics can be used, except for special fabrics, but a simple preliminary test will determine whether or not they can be peeled off. It is practical to confirm this before implementing it.

Once the mold with the cloth stretched thereon is prepared, hot molten resin is injected from an injection nozzle to fill the mold cavity according to a conventional method. When the mixture is then cooled and solidified, a molded article having the above-mentioned two types of cloth attached to the surface is obtained. After or at the time of taking out the molded article from the mold, both cloths are peeled off to obtain a patterned injection molded article on which the surface shape, irregularities, patterns, etc. of the canvas are transferred.

In addition, cloth contains air, but this air and a small amount of air remaining in the mold remain in a compressed state, causing weld lines, silver strokes, and marks that occur in general injection molding. This has the effect of preventing the occurrence of. Furthermore, this air-containing cloth also has the effect of facilitating mold release and providing a soft surface. At this time, it is preferable that water is included in the water because its effects will be greatly enhanced. This is because water evaporates during demolding, increases the partial pressure, and has a good effect on demolding and surface shape.
