Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable manufacturing through an economical and simple manner by spreading over a cloth within a mold in the form of covering a parison, after that, performing a blow molding of a synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:Prepared is a cloth having a pattern, surface configuration, recesses and protrusions, and print or the like for decorating the surface of a molding article. Next, a mold cavity for blow molding is covered with the cloth in the form of being spread over in covering a parison, and a part of the cloth wound in a roll condition is fixed by the upper and lower part of the mold outside to be convenient for a continuous molding, or the peripheral parts are fixed through the method capable of simple removal after use by means of an adhesive tape, bonding tape or adhesive agent, bonding agent and the like. In the next place, after being prepared with a mold spread over a cloth, a heat molten resin is extruded form an extruding nozzle in accordance with a conventional method, and a parison is molded, after that, the mold is closed, and the mold is set. In subsequent thereof, a compressed air is blown into the parison, and then the cooling and solidification are processed, so that a vulcanized blow molding article stuck with a cloth in its surface can be obtained.

These fabrics include fabrics with relatively coarse designs, such as decorations, decorations, laces with designs, tapes, appliqués, meshes, etc., as well as fabrics with relatively fine textures or stitches, and these. Stretchable or elastic fabrics are more preferred. Incidentally, these cloths may be made into a tube shape and cover the parison. Alternatively, adhesive or adhesive may be applied to the cloth in advance.

Next, the cavity of the hollow molding mold was covered with the above-mentioned cloth in a stretched state so as to cover the parison, and a portion of the cloth was rolled up above and below the outside of the mold to facilitate continuous molding. Alternatively, the peripheral end portion may be fixed with adhesive tape, adhesive tape, adhesive, adhesive, etc. in such a way that it can be easily removed after use.

In addition, as a method for stretching the cloth, a fabric support tube that can be moved up and down using an air cylinder or the like is installed directly below the parison, and when the support tube is lowered, the circular knitted fiber cloth is slightly protruded from the top end. After covering the supporting cylinder, the supporting cylinder is raised to incorporate the parison therein, and at the same time, the protruding part of the upper end of the circular knitted fiber is fixed to the mold with a fixture, It can also be tensioned by then lowering the support cylinder.

As the blow molding method used in the present invention, any conventionally known method can be used. For example, in order to increase the molding cycle, there are methods in which the parison is placed in the mold and then immediately moved to a different position to cool it, and plasticized resin is stored in a predetermined amount intermittently. A method such as extrusion to form a parison can be appropriately selected and used.
