Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ステータの一方の面の外周部に２組の圧電体部
    分を接着し、２組の圧電体部分に互いに９０°位
    相差のある駆動用高周波電圧を印加することによ
    り進行波を発生できるようにし、ステータの他の
    面にロータをバネ材を介して圧接させ、ロータを
    ステータに発生する進行波により駆動し回転させ
    るようにした超音波モータにおいて、ステータの
    半径方向の中央部を基板に固定し、ステータの基
    板側の半径方向中央部と外周部との中間位置に第
    １磁石を取り付け、この第１磁石と反発し合う第
    ２磁石を第１磁石に対向する位置の基板に取り付
    けたことを特徴とする超音波モータ。
