Claims (1)
- 円筒状圧電振動子の内周面と外周面に電極を設
けて径方向の分極とし、該圧電振動子の上端面あ
るいは下端面にバネで付勢して円板状のロータを
圧接すると共に、該ロータにシヤフトを取り付け
、圧電振動子の端面に発生する進行波によりロー
タを回転してシヤフトに回転力を与える構成とし
たことを特徴とする超音波モータ。
