Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to economically executing the construction stated in the title by installing a caisson provided, in its bottom board with a through hole which allows penetration of a foundation pile and a guide pipe which connects to the through hole so that a foundation pile mounted upright on the sea bottom ground can penetrate the caisson. CONSTITUTION:A foundation pile 7 is driven into the sea bottom ground 5 so as to form a foundation rubble-mound 6. A caisson 1 provided with multiple through holes 4 which enable the foundation piles 7 to penetrate through and guide pipes 2 which connect to them is towed by a work boat 14, and the caisson 1 is settled so that each foundation pile penetrates through the guide pipes 2. Further, supporting piles 10 are connected to the top edges of the foundation piles 7 protruded into the caisson 1, so that they can be connected to a foundation 11 of a crane that becomes a structure on the caisson 1. Thus, the necessity to make the mound in large size is eliminated, the cost of ground improvement can be saved, and the construction period can be shortened.

(B) Background Art Recently, the construction of port structures such as container wharves has been expanding offshore, and in many cases caissons are installed on mounts constructed under poor conditions such as deep water and soft ground. Therefore, in soft ground, environmental issues associated with construction and economic issues such as ground improvement have become major issues.

In addition, especially when constructing a large gravity-type structure on soft ground in deep water, uneven settlement due to mount subsidence and foundation ground consolidation may cause discrepancies in the top height of the superstructure and deviation of the normal line. It may also have an adverse effect on entry and exit.

Moreover, attempting to construct a gravity-type structure that can solve these problems would require large-scale ground improvement, which would require a large amount of cost and a long construction period.

(C) Disclosure of the Invention The present invention is directed to superstructures that require as much as possible to suppress displacement of the ground when building large gravity-type structures on soft ground or in deep water locations using caissons; For example, when installing cranes, radars, etc., the conventional method uses large-scale J11! ! It was necessary to install a caisson after constructing a large mount on the foundation ground that has been improved, but with the present invention, the amount of displacement of the crane foundation, radar foundation, etc. can be kept within the permissible range. The large-scale J1! No board improvements were required, the mount was small, and it was possible to construct an overall slim structure.

Since the superstructure on the caisson according to the present invention has a different support mechanism from the caisson, large heavy structures such as cranes and radars can be placed in a position where it is structurally congested with the caisson mounted on a small mount. Even if a foundation is constructed, the supporting mechanism is different as described above, so even if one caisson is displaced, it will not affect the superstructure.

Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a technically and economically superior method without requiring a long period of time for soil improvement or mount construction.

(d) Example First, as shown in Figs. 2 and 3, when manufacturing the caisson 1, a plurality of through holes 4 into which foundation piles 7 (to be described later) can be inserted are formed in advance at predetermined locations on the bottom plate 3, and the upper surface of the caisson 1 communicates with the through holes 4. A guide tube 2 is provided with a length that reaches the length of the guide tube.

Next, after leveling the upper surface of the mount 6, the caisson 1 is towed by the work boat 14 to a predetermined position on the mount 6, and each foundation pile 7 is placed inside the guide pipe 2 provided on the caisson 1. The caisson 1 is lowered so that it is inserted (Fig. 4 (a) to (b)).

Therefore, a support pile 10 having the same diameter as the foundation pile 7 and a length such that the upper part protrudes above the caisson 1 is added to the end of the 7 foundation piles protruding into the caisson 1, and a crane foundation 11 that becomes a structure on the caisson 1 is added. so that it can be installed consecutively.

Thereafter, the inside of the caisson 1 is filled with filling material such as sand or crushed stone to create a crane foundation ll for installing the crane mount 13 on the top surface of the caisson 1.
1 is connected to the head end of the support pile 10, and the support pile 10 is used as a foundation pile of the crane foundation 11.

In addition, in one or more embodiments, the case where the caisson is settled after foundation pile driving has been described, but after the caisson is first installed,
It is also possible to use the guide pipe 2 of the caisson 1 to drive foundation piles from land.

(E) Effects of the invention The present invention is constructed as described above, and the load of the upper structure such as a crane on the caisson l is transferred to the foundation pile 7 (and support pile 10).
caisson 1 on mount 6. Since only the load is applied to the mount, the load on the mount can be reduced accordingly, and even if the caisson 1 is slightly displaced due to the slope or the like, there is an effect that the caisson 1 is hardly affected.

In addition, according to the present invention, there is no need to increase the size of the mount, so ground improvement costs can be reduced, construction time can be shortened, etc.
It is economical and has various advantages.
