ズル針、４……弁座、５……ノズル・ピン、６…
…絞りピンの自由端、７……縦軸、８……横軸、
９……限界線、１０，１１……指示点、１２……
水平の線、１３……若干斜めの線。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 空気圧縮直接噴射式内燃機関用燃料噴射ノズル
    、特に燃料を壁面に散布する方法に従がつて作動
    する内燃機関に用いられる噴射ノズルであつて、
    絞りピン５が設けられているノズル針３を有し、
    ノズル針３が閉止位置にある時に絞りピン５が全
    部又は部分的にノズル穴１の中に入り込むように
    され、ノズル穴の１の長さＬがノズル穴１の直径
    Ｄより小さいか、あるいはせいぜいノズル穴の直
    径Ｄに等しくされており、更に、ノズル穴１の直
    径Ｄが０．８mmから１mmまでの範囲にある燃料噴
    射ノズルにおいて、絞りピン５がノズル穴１に入
    り込む深さをＥとすると、Ｌ／Ｄ≧Ｅ／Ｄであつ
    て、且つＥ／Ｄ≧２、Ｌ／Ｄ≦１となつており、
    Ｅ／Ｄ＝０．２の場合にＬ／Ｄは０．２から０．
    ７５までの範囲にあり、Ｌ／Ｄが０．７５から１
    までの間においては、Ｅ／Ｄの下眼が０．２から
    ０．２５まで連続的に増大することを特徴とする
    燃料噴射ノズル。
