Description
Claims (14)
- 自動車のトランク用の扉構造装置(1)であって、
車体外板(8)によって覆われるようになされた下側部分(1b)、および、後方窓囲繞部(4)を形成しかつ後方窓枠(6)によって覆われるようになされた上側部分(1a)と、
前記下側部分(1b)から前記上側部分(1a)まで延在する少なくとも1つの中空補強要素(2)と
を備え、
前記中空補強要素(2)は、流体アシスト射出成形によって形成され、
前記扉構造装置(1)は、プラスチック材の射出成形によって一体に形成されている、扉構造装置(1)。 - 前記中空補強要素(2)は、4つの面で長手方向に延在し、平行六面体の断面を呈する、請求項1に記載の扉構造装置(1)。
- 自動車のトランク用の扉構造装置(1)であって、
車体外板(8)によって覆われるようになされた下側部分(1b)、および、後方窓囲繞部(4)を形成しかつ後方窓枠(6)によって覆われるようになされた上側部分(1a)と、
前記下側部分(1b)から前記上側部分(1a)まで延在する少なくとも1つの中空補強要素(2)と
を備え、
前記中空補強要素(2)は、流体アシスト射出成形によって形成され、
前記少なくとも1つの中空補強要素(2)の1つの面(2a)を含む連続的な固定経路(71)がさらに設けられ、前記固定経路(71)は、前記扉構造装置(1)の内面に配置される、
扉構造装置(1)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの中空補強要素(2)は、前記下側部分(1b)および/または前記上側部分(1a)に対して突出している、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の扉構造装置(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの中空補強要素(2)は、前記下側部分(1b)および/または前記上側部分(1a)の外面から突出している、請求項4に記載の扉構造装置(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの中空補強要素(2)は、
前記後方窓囲繞部(4)を少なくとも部分的に取り巻く周縁枠を形成し、かつ/または、
前記扉構造装置(1)を少なくとも部分的に取り巻く周縁枠を形成する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の扉構造装置(1)。 - 前記中空補強要素(2)は正方形断面を有する、請求項2に記載の扉構造装置(1)。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の扉構造装置(1)を製造する方法であって、
前記下側部分(1b)および前記上側部分(1a)を製造するプラスチック射出成形ステップと、
前記下側部分(1b)から前記上側部分(1a)まで延在する前記少なくとも1つの中空補強要素(2)を製造する流体アシストプラスチック射出成形ステップと
を含む方法。 - プラスチック材製の追加補強手段(9a)を、前記扉構造装置(1)の残余部分にオーバモールドによって取り付ける、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の車両トランクの扉構造装置(1)と、後方窓枠(6)とを備える自動車のトランク扉(11)であって、前記後方窓枠(6)が、重ね合わせによって前記扉構造装置(1)の前記後方窓囲繞部(4)を覆い、前記後方窓枠(6)と前記扉構造装置(1)との重ね合わせ部が、前記少なくとも1つの中空補強要素(2)の長さの少なくとも一部分に沿って延在する第2の中空体(61)を形成する、自動車のトランク扉(11)。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の車両トランクの扉構造装置(1)と、前記少なくとも1つの中空補強要素(2)に固定された少なくとも1つのシーリング要素(7)とを備える、自動車のトランク扉(11)。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の車両トランクの扉構造装置(1)と、前記上側部分(1a)を前記下側部分(1b)に連結し、中空チューブ(9a)、および前記中空チューブ(9a)の長手方向両端部にオーバモールドされた固定要素(9a、9b)を備える少なくとも1つの追加プラスチック補強手段(9)とを具備する、自動車のトランク扉(11)。
- 請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載のトランク扉(11)を備える自動車車体であって、シーリング要素(7)を備え、前記トランク扉(11)が閉鎖されたとき、前記シーリング要素(7)が、前記少なくとも1つの中空補強要素(2)または前記少なくとも1つの固定経路(71)と接触する、自動車車体。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の車両トランクの扉構造装置(1)または請求項13に記載の自動車車体を備える、自動車(12)。
