Claims (7)
- 少なくとも魚類を原料とする液体肥料の製造方法であって、
(a)魚類を加熱し、懸濁物を得る加熱工程
(b)前記懸濁物から生成された油層、水層、及び固形層のうち、前記油層を分離し、前記水層及び固形層を得る分離工程
(c)油層分離後の前記水層及び固形層に、酸を添加する第1酸性化工程
(d)酸を添加した前記水層及び固形層に含まれる微生物を発酵させ、発酵物を得る発酵工程
(e)前記発酵物を加温し、さらに酸を添加する第2酸性化工程
を含む、液体肥料の製造方法 - 前記魚類が、ラウンドである、並びに/又は、魚類の内臓及び/若しくは頭を含む水産加工残渣である、請求項1に記載の液体肥料の製造方法
- 前記分離工程(b)以外の分離工程を含まない、請求項1又は2に記載の液体肥料の製造方法
- 前記第2酸性化工程が、前記発酵物を加温し沸騰状態として酸を添加する工程である、
請求項1~3いずれか一項に記載の液体肥料の製造方法 - 前記酸が、リン酸である、
請求項1~4いずれか一項に記載の液体肥料の製造方法 - 前記第2酸性化工程が、酸を添加してpHを3以下とする工程である、
請求項1~5いずれか一項に記載の液体肥料の製造方法 - 前記第2酸性化工程で得られた液体が、清澄である、
請求項1~6いずれか一項に記載の液体肥料の製造方法
