- 遊星変速機(1)であって、第1の輪歯車(2)および第2の輪歯車(4)と、共通のシャフトの周りに回転可能に配置された第1の歯車(8)および第2の歯車(10)を含む第1の二重遊星歯車(6)と、を含み、前記第1の二重遊星歯車(6)の前記第1の歯車(8)の歯は前記第1の輪歯車(2)の歯に係合し、前記第1の二重遊星歯車(6)の前記第2の歯車(10)の歯は前記第2の輪歯車(4)の歯に係合する、遊星変速機(1)において、
前記第1の二重遊星歯車(6)の前記第1の歯車(8)は、前記第1の二重遊星歯車(6)の前記第1の歯車(8)の歯が前記第1の輪歯車(2)の歯と接触するように、時計回り方向にプリロードされ、前記第1の二重遊星歯車(6)の前記第2の歯車(10)は、前記第1の二重遊星歯車(6)の前記第2の歯車(10)の歯が前記第2の輪歯車(4)の歯と接触するように、反時計回り方向にプリロードされ、
前記遊星変速機(1)は、共通のシャフトの周りに回転可能に配置された第1の歯車(14)および第2の歯車(16)を含む第2の二重遊星歯車(12)を含み、前記第2の二重遊星歯車(12)の前記第1の歯車(14)の歯は前記第1の輪歯車(2)の歯に係合し、前記第2の二重遊星歯車(12)の前記第2の歯車(16)の歯は前記第2の輪歯車(4)の歯に係合し、
前記第2の二重遊星歯車(12)の前記第1の歯車(14)は、前記第2の二重遊星歯車(12)の前記第1の歯車(14)の歯が前記第1の輪歯車(2)の歯と接触するように、反時計回り方向にプリロードされ、前記第2の二重遊星歯車(12)の前記第2の歯車(16)は、前記第2の二重遊星歯車(12)の前記第2の歯車(16)の歯が前記第2の輪歯車(4)の歯と接触するように、時計回り方向にプリロードされ、
前記二重遊星歯車の少なくとも1つが、半径方向外側にプリロードされることを特徴とする、遊星変速機(1)。 - 前記第1の二重遊星歯車(6)および前記第2の二重遊星歯車(12)は、共通の遊星枠(18)によって駆動される、請求項1に記載の遊星変速機(1)。
- 共通のシャフトの周りに回転可能に配置された第1の歯車(22)および第2の歯車(24)を含む第3の二重遊星歯車(20)を含み、前記第3の二重遊星歯車(20)の前記第1の歯車(22)の歯は前記第1の輪歯車(2)の歯に係合し、前記第3の二重遊星歯車(20)の前記第2の歯車(24)の歯は前記第2の輪歯車(4)の歯に係合する、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の遊星変速機(1)。
- 前記第3の二重遊星歯車(20)の前記第1の歯車(22)は、前記第3の二重遊星歯車(20)の前記第1の歯車(22)の歯が前記第1の輪歯車(2)の歯と接触するように、時計回り方向にプリロードされ、前記第3の二重遊星歯車(20)の前記第2の歯車(24)は、前記第3の二重遊星歯車(20)の前記第2の歯車(24)の歯が前記第2の輪歯車(4)の歯と接触するように、反時計回り方向にプリロードされる、請求項3に記載の遊星変速機(1)。
- 共通のシャフトの周りに回転可能に配置された第1の歯車(28)および第2の歯車(30)を含む第4の二重遊星歯車(26)を含み、前記第4の二重遊星歯車(26)の前記第1の歯車(28)の歯は前記第1の輪歯車(2)の歯に係合し、前記第4の二重遊星歯車(26)の前記第2の歯車(30)の歯は前記第2の輪歯車(4)の歯に係合し、前記第4の二重遊星歯車(26)の前記第1の歯車(28)は、前記第4の二重遊星歯車(26)の前記第1の歯車(28)の歯が前記第1の輪歯車(2)の歯と接触するように、反時計回り方向にプリロードされ、前記第4の二重遊星歯車(26)の前記第2の歯車(30)は、前記第4の二重遊星歯車(26)の前記第2の歯車(30)の歯が前記第2の輪歯車(4)の歯と接触するように、時計回り方向にプリロードされる、請求項3または4に記載の遊星変速機(1)。
- 前記第1の二重遊星歯車(6)および前記第3の二重遊星歯車(20)は180°だけオフセットしており、前記第2の二重遊星歯車(12)および前記第4の二重遊星歯車(26)は180°だけオフセットしており、前記第1の二重遊星歯車(6)および前記第2の二重遊星歯車(12)は90°だけオフセットしており、前記第3の二重遊星歯車(20)および前記第4の二重遊星歯車(26)は90°だけオフセットしている、請求項5に記載の遊星変速機(1)。
- 少なくとも1つのバネ(32)が、前記少なくとも1つの二重遊星歯車(6、12、20、26)を半径方向外側にプリロードするために、前記遊星枠(18)に配置されている、請求項2、または請求項2を引用する請求項3~6のいずれか一項に記載の遊星変速機(1)。
