Description
Claims (10)
- ハイブリッド車両のためのトランスミッション装置(10)であって、
ハウジング(11)を有し、
トランスミッション入力軸(12)及び少なくとも一つのトランスミッション出力軸(
13)を有し、
第一太陽歯車(zs1)、第一リングギア(zr1)、及び、当該第一太陽歯車(zs
1)と当該第一リングギア(zr1)とに歯車噛合する第一遊星歯車列(zp1)のため
の第一遊星キャリア(c1)を含む第一遊星歯車機構(PG1)を有し、
第二太陽歯車(zs2)、第二リングギア(zr2)、及び、当該第二太陽歯車(zs
2)と当該第二リングギア(zr2)とに歯車噛合する第二遊星歯車列(zp2)のため
の第二遊星キャリア(c2)を含む第二遊星歯車機構(PG2)を有し、
前記トランスミッション入力軸(12)は、前記第一遊星キャリア(c1)に回転不可
能に接続されており、前記第一リングギア(zr1)及び前記第二リングギア(zr2)
は、恒久的に共に及び前記トランスミッション出力軸(13)に回転不可能に接続されて
おり、
第一電動機(E1)及び第二電動機(E2)を有し、
当該第一電動機(E1)は恒久的に前記第一太陽歯車(zs1)に駆動接続されており
、
当該第二電動機(E2)は、少なくとも一つの作動モードにおいて前記第二太陽歯車(
zs2)に駆動接続されており、
前記第一太陽歯車(zs1)は、第一切替要素(S1)を介して前記ハウジング(11
)に接続可能であるトランスミッション装置において、
前記第二遊星キャリア(c2)は前記ハウジング(11)に固定的に接続されており、
前記第二電動機(E2)は―好ましくは少なくとも一つの変速段(G1、G2)を介し
て―前記第二太陽歯車(zs2)に駆動接続されている又は駆動接続可能であり、
緊急モード(LH)において、前記トランスミッション入力軸(12)は、緊急切替要
素(SE)を介して前記第一太陽歯車(zs1)又は前記第二太陽歯車(zs2)に駆動接続可能であること、または、
前記トランスミッション装置(10)の緊急モード(LH)において、前記トランスミ
ッション入力軸(12)は、緊急切替要素(SEM)を介して、前記第一遊星キャリア(
c1)に対する接続に加えて、選択的に第一順方向変速段(GV)を介して前記第二太陽
歯車(zs2)に駆動接続可能である、又は、―回転方向を逆にする―逆方向変速段(G
R)を介して前記第二太陽歯車(zs2)に駆動接続可能であることを特徴とするトラン
スミッション装置(10)。
- 前記第二電動機(E2)は、第二切替要素(S2)を介して―好ましくは選択的に第一
変速段(G1)又は第二変速段(G2)を介して―前記第二太陽歯車(zs2)に駆動接
続可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のトランスミッション装置(10)。 - 前記トランスミッション入力軸(12)は―好ましくは第一切替要素(S1)を介して
―前記ハウジング(11)に接続可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1
または2に記載のトランスミッション装置(10)。 - 前記トランスミッション出力軸(13)は、前記トランスミッション入力軸(12)に
対して同軸上に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のうちいずれか一項に記載のトランスミッション装置(10)。 - 前記第一電動機(E1)及び前記第二電動機(E2)は、互いに対して軸方向に変位し
て、好ましくは前記トランスミッション入力軸(12)及び/又は前記トランスミッショ
ン出力軸(13)に対しても軸方向に変位して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項
1から4のうちいずれか一項に記載のトランスミッション装置(10)。 - 前記トランスミッション入力軸(12)は―好ましくは前記変速段(G1、G2)を介
して―パワーテイクオフ軸(20)に駆動接続されている又は駆動接続可能であることを
特徴とする、請求項1から5のうちいずれか一項に記載のトランスミッション装置(10)。 - パワーテイクオフ軸(20)は、切替要素(S3)を介して―好ましくは変速段G3を介して―前記トランスミッション入力軸(12)に駆動接続されている又は駆動接続
可能であり、又は、―好ましくは変速段(G4)を介して―前記第二電動機(E2)に駆
動接続されている又は駆動接続可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のうちいずれか一項に記載のトランスミッション装置(10)。 - 前記第一遊星歯車機構(PG1)のみならず前記第二遊星歯車機構(PG2)もがマイナストランスミッションとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のうちいずれか一項に記載のトランスミッション装置。
- 請求項1から8のうちいずれか一項に記載のトランスミッション装置(10)を有するハイブリッド車両を駆動する方法であって、
前記ハイブリッド車両のオーバードライブモード(OD)において前記第一電動機(E
1)は不動化され、
その際、前記第一太陽歯車(zs1)は第一切替要素(S1)を介して前記ハウジング
(11)に接続され、
少なくとも緊急モード(LH)において、前記トランスミッション入力軸(12)は前
記第一太陽歯車(zs1)又は前記第二太陽歯車(zs2)に駆動接続されること、または、
前記トランスミッション装置(10)の緊急モード(LH)において、前記トランスミ
ッション入力軸(12)は、緊急切替要素(SEM)を介して、前記第一遊星キャリア(c1)に対する接続に加えて、選択的に第一順方向変速段(GV)を介して前記第二太陽歯車(zs2)又は-回転方向を逆にする-逆方向変速段(GR)を介して前記第二太陽歯車(zs2)に駆動接続されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記オーバードライブモード(OD)において、前記第二電動機(E2)は第二切替要素(S2)を介して駆動系(19)から分離されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
