Claims (5)
- シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に移動自在に挿入されるロッドと、
前記シリンダ内に挿入されて前記シリンダ内を伸側室と圧側室とに区画するとともに前記伸側室と前記圧側室とを連通する通路を有するピストンと、
前記通路を開閉するバルブとを備え、
前記ピストンは、軸方向に分割されて前記バルブの弁体が離着座する第1ピストン分割体と、軸方向に分割されて前記第1ピストン分割体に軸方向で対向する第2ピストン分割体とを有し、
前記第2ピストン分割体は、前記第1ピストン分割体より高強度の材料で形成されている
ことを特徴とする緩衝器。 - 前記弁体は、前記第1ピストン分割体より高い強度を持つ材料で形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記第1ピストン分割体は、鋳鉄で形成されており、
前記弁体は、ばね鋼で形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記第1ピストン分割体は、反分割面側から分割面側へ通じる第1ポートを有し、
前記第2ピストン分割体は、反分割面側から分割面側へ通じる第2ポートを有し、
前記第1ピストン分割体と前記第2ピストン分割体の一方の分割面側に周方向に沿って形成される前記第1ポートと前記第2ポートとの双方に連通する環状の開口溝を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の緩衝器。 - 流体を貯留するリザーバと、
前記伸側室と前記リザーバとを連通する排出通路と、
前記排出通路に設けられて前記伸側室から前記リザーバへ向かう前記流体の流れのみを許容するとともに前記流体の流れに抵抗を与える減衰バルブと、
前記リザーバと前記圧側室とを連通する吸込通路と、
前記吸込通路に設けられて前記リザーバから前記圧側室へ向かう前記流体の流れにのみを許容する吸込チェックバルブとを備え、
前記バルブは、前記通路を前記流体が前記圧側室から前記伸側室へ向かう方向へ流れのみを許容するチェックバルブである
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の緩衝器。
