Description
本発明の第1実施形態に係るガス制御システム10は、燃料電池システム12において高圧タンク14から燃料電池スタック16に、流体である水素ガス(燃料ガス、アノードガス)を供給する水素ガス供給系を構成している。燃料電池スタック16は、高圧タンク14から供給される水素ガスと、別経路から供給されるエア等の酸素含有ガス(酸化剤ガス、カソードガス)との電気化学反応により発電を行う。すなわち、燃料電池スタック16は、高圧タンク14の水素ガスを消費するガス消費物に相当する。
図10に示す第2実施形態に係るガス制御システム10Aは、高圧タンク14内(水素ガスの空間部26)の温度を検出するタンク内温度センサ100を備える点で、上記のガス制御システム10と異なる。このガス制御ECU22Aは、タンク内温度センサ100が検出した内部温度情報を取得し、内部温度情報と圧力情報(高圧タンク14の内圧)に基づき、ライナ28と補強層30の間の境界部29に生じた水素ガスの空間50の体積を推定する構成となっている。

Claims (5)
- 高圧の流体が充填される樹脂製のライナと、前記ライナの外表面を覆う補強層と、前記ライナから前記流体を放出する放出孔と、を有する高圧タンクと、
前記高圧タンク内の温度を検出するタンク内温度センサと、
前記補強層の温度又は前記高圧タンクの外側周辺の温度を検出する温度センサと、
前記ライナの内部の圧力を検出する圧力センサと、
前記放出孔から放出される前記流体の流量を調整する流量調整部と、
前記流量調整部の動作を制御する制御部とを備えるガス制御システムであって、
前記制御部は、
前記タンク内温度センサが検出した内部温度情報に基づき、透過した前記流体の蓄積により前記ライナと前記補強層との間の境界部に生じる空間の体積を推定し、
前記温度センサが検出した温度情報に基づき前記空間の体積に関わる体積閾値を設定し、
設定された前記体積閾値と推定された前記空間の体積とを比較し、前記空間の体積が前記体積閾値以上となった場合に、前記温度情報及び前記圧力センサが検出した圧力情報に基づいて、前記流体の放出を制限する制限制御を開始する
ガス制御システム。 - 請求項1記載のガス制御システムにおいて、
前記制御部は、前記制限制御の実施時に、少なくとも前記温度情報に基づき前記流体の流量の流量上限値を設定し、当該流量上限値を越えないように前記流量調整部の動作を制御する
ガス制御システム。 - 請求項2記載のガス制御システムにおいて、
前記制御部は、前記温度センサの温度と前記圧力センサの圧力に対応する複数の前記流量上限値を有する制限マップ情報を予め記憶しており、
前記制限制御の実施時に、前記制限マップ情報を参照して前記温度情報及び前記圧力情報に基づく前記流量上限値を抽出する
ガス制御システム。 - 請求項2又は3記載のガス制御システムにおいて、
前記高圧タンクには、前記空間と連通し、前記空間から前記高圧タンクの外部に前記流体を排出可能な排出流路が設けられ、
前記排出流路から排出される前記流体の排出量を検出する流量センサを備え、
前記制御部は、前記流量センサが検出した排出量情報に応じて、前記高圧タンクから放出される前記流体の流量を調整する
ガス制御システム。 - 高圧の流体が充填される樹脂製のライナと、前記ライナの外表面を覆う補強層と、前記ライナから前記流体を放出する放出孔と、を有する高圧タンクにおいて、当該高圧タンクから放出する前記流体の流量を制御するガス制御方法であって、
温度センサにより前記補強層の温度又は前記高圧タンクの外側周辺の温度を検出する温度取得工程と、
タンク内温度センサにより前記高圧タンク内の温度を検出する内部温度取得工程と、
圧力センサにより前記ライナの内部の圧力を検出する圧力取得工程と、
制御部により前記ライナから放出する前記流体の流量を調整する流量調整部の動作を制御する流量制御工程とを有し、
前記流量制御工程では、
前記タンク内温度センサが検出した内部温度情報に基づき、透過した前記流体の蓄積により前記ライナと前記補強層との間の境界部に生じる空間の体積を推定し、
前記温度センサが検出した温度情報に基づき前記空間の体積に関わる体積閾値を設定し、
設定された前記体積閾値と推定された前記空間の体積とを比較し、前記空間の体積が前記体積閾値以上となった場合に、前記温度情報及び前記圧力センサが検出した圧力情報に基づいて、前記流体の放出を制限する制限制御を開始する
