Claims (2)
- 交流電圧を直流電圧に変換するコンバータ部と、
コンバータ部からの直流電圧から交流電圧に変換し、前記交流電圧を電動機に供給するインバータ部と、
前記インバータ部を制御するインバータ制御部と、
前記電動機に流れる電流を検出する電流検出部と、
検出した前記電流から前記電動機の温度を推定し、推定した前記温度から前記電動機の抵抗値を計算し、計算した前記抵抗値から銅損を計算する電力計算部とを有し、
前記電力計算部は、q軸検出電流値と速度検出値から機械出力を計算する機械出力計算部を有し、
前記銅損もしくは前記機械出力の開始時間における値と、前記銅損もしくは前記機械出力の終了時間における値との差分を、閾値を比較し、
前記差分が前記閾値を超える場合には、アラーム信号を出力する異常検知部を有する電動機制御装置。 - 交流電圧を直流電圧に変換するコンバータ部と、
コンバータ部からの直流電圧から交流電圧に変換し、前記交流電圧を電動機に供給するインバータ部と、
前記インバータ部を制御するインバータ制御部と、
前記電動機に流れる電流を検出する電流検出部と、
検出した前記電流から前記電動機の温度を推定し、推定した前記温度から前記電動機の抵抗値を計算し、計算した前記抵抗値から銅損を計算する電力計算部とを有し、
前記電力計算部は、q軸検出電流値と速度検出値から機械出力を計算する機械出力計算部を有し、
前記銅損と前記機械出力の和の消費電力として計算し、前記消費電力がポジティブな時間を運転時間とし、
運転時間と通電時間とから稼働率を計算し、
前記稼働率と前記消費電力と前記通電時間から総電力消費量を計算する総電力消費量計算部を有する電動機制御装置。
