Claims (8)
- ポリエステル繊維とウール繊維を含む廃布地を提供すると共に、前記廃布地を布地チップに分割するステップと、
前記布地チップを、酸触媒を0.1重量%~1重量%含む酸触媒水溶液に浸漬して、160℃~170℃の温度で1時間~15時間の反応時間で水熱反応を行うことで、前記廃布地中のウール繊維を分解してポリエステル繊維から分離する処理を行うステップと、
処理後の前記廃布地を回収するステップと、
を含む、
ことを特徴とする、ポリエステル繊維とウール繊維を含む廃布地の処理方法。 - 前記酸触媒水溶液を用いて前記廃布地を処理するステップにおいて、前記酸触媒水溶液を前記布地チップと循環還流の方式で周期的に繰り返し接触させて、160℃~170℃の温度で1時間~5時間の反応時間で水熱反応を行うことで、その中のウール繊維を分解することを含み、前記酸触媒水溶液と布地チップとの接触頻度は1分間に3回から5回である、請求項1に記載のポリエステル繊維とウール繊維を含む廃布地の処理方法。
- 前記酸触媒水溶液を用いて前記廃布地を処理するステップにおいて、前記酸触媒水溶液に対する前記廃布地の固液比が1:5~1:100である、請求項1に記載のポリエステル繊維とウール繊維を含む廃布地の処理方法。
- 前記酸触媒水溶液を用いて前記廃布地を処理するステップにおいて、前記廃布地と前記酸触媒水溶液との固液比が1:5~1:10である、請求項3に記載のポリエステル繊維とウール繊維を含む廃布地の処理方法。
- 前記酸触媒が、有機酸、有機無水物、ルイス酸、またはそれらの組み合わせである、請求項1に記載のポリエステル繊維とウール繊維を含む廃布地の処理方法。
- 前記有機酸がシュウ酸であり、前記有機無水物が無水酢酸であり、前記ルイス酸が塩化亜鉛である、請求項5に記載のポリエステル繊維とウール繊維を含む廃布地の処理方法。
- 前記酸触媒がシュウ酸と無水酢酸からなり、シュウ酸と無水酢酸が重量比で1:1~10:1の割合で存在する、請求項6に記載のポリエステル繊維とウール繊維を含む廃布地の処理方法。
- 処理後の前記廃布地からポリエステル繊維を回収し、ポリエステルペレットを製造することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のポリエステル繊維とウール繊維を含む廃布地の処理方法。
