Description
実施例1
下記図1のように、気泡塔反応器10にエチレン単量体および反応媒体を供給してオリゴマー化反応させて反応生成物を製造した。
前記実施例1で、前記生成物排出ライン11を介して排出される反応生成物ストリームを、図3のような流れで2個の邪魔板23を含む気泡捕集器20を通過しながら反応生成物ストリーム内の気泡を除去した以外は、前記実施例1と同じ方法で行った。この際、前記気泡捕集器20に供給される反応生成物ストリームは、全含量に対して気相成分の含量が約15重量%であると確認され、気泡捕集器20を通過した反応生成物ストリームは、全含量に対して気相成分の含量が3重量%以下であると確認された。
前記実施例1で、前記生成物排出ライン11を介して排出される反応生成物ストリームを、図4のような流れで1個の邪魔板23およびデミスタ24を含む気泡捕集器20を通過しながら反応生成物ストリーム内の気泡を除去した以外は、前記実施例1と同じ方法で行った。この際、前記気泡捕集器20に供給される反応生成物ストリームは、全含量に対して気相成分の含量が約15重量%であると確認され、気泡捕集器20を通過した反応生成物ストリームは、全含量に対して気相成分の含量が3重量%以下であると確認された。
前記実施例1で、前記生成物排出ライン11を介して排出される反応生成物ストリームを、図5のような流れで1個の邪魔板23および案内部25を含む気泡捕集器20を通過しながら反応生成物ストリーム内の気泡を除去した以外は、前記実施例1と同じ方法で行った。この際、前記気泡捕集器20に供給される反応生成物ストリームは、全含量に対して気相成分の含量が約15重量%であると確認され、気泡捕集器20を通過した反応生成物ストリームは、全含量に対して気相成分の含量が3重量%以下であると確認された。
前記実施例1で、前記生成物排出ライン11を介して排出される反応生成物ストリームを、図6のような流れで1個の邪魔板23、デミスタ24および案内部25を含む気泡捕集器20を通過しながら反応生成物ストリーム内の気泡を除去した以外は、前記実施例1と同じ方法で行った。この際、前記気泡捕集器20に供給される反応生成物ストリームは、全含量に対して気相成分の含量が約15重量%であると確認され、気泡捕集器20を通過した反応生成物ストリームは、全含量に対して気相成分の含量が3重量%以下であると確認された。
比較例1
下記図7のように、気泡塔反応器10にエチレン単量体および反応媒体を供給してオリゴマー化反応させて反応生成物を製造した。
Claims (12)
- 単量体ストリームの供給を受けてオリゴマー化反応させて反応生成物を製造する反応器と、
前記反応器から排出される反応生成物ストリームを移送する生成物排出ラインと、
前記生成物排出ラインの任意の領域に備えられ、反応生成物ストリーム内に含まれた気泡を除去する気泡捕集器と、
前記生成物排出ラインの任意の領域に備えられた水位調節弁と、を含み、
前記気泡捕集器は、反応生成物ストリームの流れの方向を基準に、水位調節弁の前端に備えられている、オリゴマーの製造装置。 - 前記単量体ストリームは、エチレン単量体を含む、請求項1に記載のオリゴマーの製造装置。
- 前記気泡捕集器は、内部に備えられた邪魔板をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載のオリゴマーの製造装置。
- 前記邪魔板は、気泡捕集器内で反応生成物ストリームの流れの方向に対して垂直に備えられている、請求項3に記載のオリゴマーの製造装置。
- 前記邪魔板は、1個~3個備えられている、請求項3または4に記載のオリゴマーの製造装置。
- 前記邪魔板は、1個備えられている、請求項5に記載のオリゴマーの製造装置。
- 前記気泡捕集器は、前記気泡捕集器内で反応生成物の流れを出口方向に案内する案内部をさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のオリゴマーの製造装置。
- 前記気泡捕集器は、内部に備えられたデミスタをさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のオリゴマーの製造装置。
- 前記デミスタは、前記気泡捕集器の上部領域に備えられている、請求項8に記載のオリゴマーの製造装置。
- 前記気泡捕集器に備えられた圧力計をさらに含み、
前記気泡捕集器の内部で気泡は上昇移動し、上部に停滞している気泡は、圧力計のモニタリングにより必要な時に排出される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のオリゴマーの製造装置。 - 前記反応器の上部から排出される気相ストリームは、凝縮器を通過して気液分離装置に供給され、前記気液分離装置で気相ストリームは、上部排出ラインを介して排出される、請求項10に記載のオリゴマーの製造装置。
- 前記気泡捕集器の上部から連結されるガス回収ラインをさらに含み、
前記ガス回収ラインは、気泡捕集器から延びて、気液分離装置の上部排出ラインと合流する、請求項11に記載のオリゴマーの製造装置。
