Claims (13)
- 太陽歯車(30)と、回転フレーム(60)に支持されて前記太陽歯車(30)と噛み合う複数の遊星歯車(40)と、内部環状歯車(71)を有するハウジング(70)とを備えたギアボックス(20)であって、前記内部環状歯車(71)は、前記ハウジング(70)の内面に設けられて前記複数の遊星歯車(40)と噛み合い、
前記複数の遊星歯車(40)の各々は、軸方向に沿って互いに同軸的に連結されて同期して回転する第1の歯車(41)及び第2の歯車(42)を含み、前記第1の歯車(41)は前記太陽歯車(30)と噛み合い、前記第2の歯車(42)は前記ハウジング(70)の前記内部環状歯車(71)と噛み合い、
前記ハウジング(70)内に受け取られる前記回転フレーム(60)は、上側フレーム(61)及び下側フレーム(62)を含み、前記複数の遊星歯車(40)の各々は、前記上側フレーム(61)と前記下側フレーム(62)との間に配置され、前記下側フレーム(62)は、前記ハウジング(70)に連結されたフランジ(80)によって支持され、前記太陽歯車(30)は、前記回転フレーム(60)を動作させるように回転駆動され、前記太陽歯車(30)には前記上側フレーム(61)に向かう突出部が形成されており、
前記上側フレーム(61)から前記太陽歯車(30)に向かって突出部が延び、前記太陽歯車(30)との間に軸方向の間隙を維持して前記太陽歯車が過度に変位するのを防ぐ、
ことを特徴とするギアボックス。 - 前記上側フレーム(61)は、本体(63)と、互いに間隔を空けて前記本体(63)の周縁部から軸方向に沿って延びる複数の延長部分(64)とを含み、前記複数の遊星歯車(40)は、前記複数の延長部分(64)によって形成される空間内に収容される、
請求項1に記載のギアボックス。 - 前記複数の延長部分(64)の各々は、第1の延長部分(65)と、該第1の延長部分(65)から延びる第2の延長部分(66)とを含み、前記複数の第1の延長部分(65)によって、前記第2の歯車(42)を収容するための第1の空間(650)が形成され、前記複数の第2の延長部分(66)によって、前記第1の歯車(41)を収容するための第2の空間(660)が形成される、
請求項2に記載のギアボックス。 - 前記本体(63)は円盤形であり、該本体から、外部負荷を連結するための出力部(67)が前記遊星歯車(40)から離れて延びる、
