Description
ポリプロピレン90重量%、バインダーとしてポリビニリデンフルオリド8重量%、及び架橋剤としてトリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート2重量%を混合して樹脂組成物を製造した。
前記実施例1において、ポリビニリデンフルオリドを5重量%に変更し、前記トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレートを5重量%に変更したことを除き、前記実施例1と同じ条件で外装材を製造した。
前記実施例1において、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレートを添加せずにポリビニリデンフルオリドを10重量%添加したことを除き、前記実施例1と同じ条件で外装材を製造した。
前記実施例1及び実施例2及び比較例1で製造された外装材を60℃の温度に維持した状態で4kgfの荷重を印加した後、外装材が破断されるまでかかる時間を測定するクリープ(Creep)試験を行った。

Claims (8)
- (a)陽極と陰極との間に分離膜を挟んでいる電極組立体を準備する段階と、
(b)ラミネートシートからなる外装材に前記電極組立体の収納部を成形する段階と、
(c)前記電極組立体を前記収納部に収納し、前記外装材を熱融着して電池セルを製造する段階と、を含み、
前記ラミネートシートは、外部樹脂層、金属バリア層及び内部樹脂層を含み、
前記内部樹脂層は、ポリプロピレン又はポリエチレン、架橋剤、及びバインダーを含み、
固形分の総重量を基準に前記バインダーは5重量%~8重量%で含まれ、前記架橋剤は2重量%~5重量%で含まれており、
前記段階(c)の後、(d)電池セルに電子ビーム(E-beam)又は放射線を照射する段階をさらに含み、
前記段階(d)の電子ビーム又は放射線の照射は、前記電池セルの全体に対して行われ、
前記電子ビームの照射量は、10kGy~60kGyであるパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。 - (a)陽極と陰極との間に分離膜を挟んでいる電極組立体を準備する段階と、
(b)ラミネートシートからなる外装材に前記電極組立体の収納部を成形する段階と、
(c)前記電極組立体を前記収納部に収納し、前記外装材を熱融着して電池セルを製造する段階と、を含み、
前記ラミネートシートは、外部樹脂層、金属バリア層及び内部樹脂層を含み、
前記内部樹脂層は下記化学式(1)又は(2)で表される酸変性ポリオレフィン共重合体を含み、
前記段階(c)の後、(d)電池セルに電子ビーム(E-beam)又は放射線を照射する段階をさらに含み、
前記段階(d)の電子ビーム又は放射線の照射は、前記電池セルの全体に対して行われ、
前記電子ビームの照射量は、10kGy~60kGyであるパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記外装材を構成する上部ケース及び下部ケースの内部樹脂層は、前記段階(c)の熱融着によってシーリング部を構成し、前記段階(d)の電子ビーム又は放射線の照射によって前記シーリング部がグラフト重合される、請求項1又は2に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記架橋剤は、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(Trimethylolpropane Triacrylate、TMPTA)、トリアリルイソシアヌレート(Triallyl Isocyanurate、TAIC)、トリメタリルイソシアヌレート(Trimethallyl Isocyanurate、TMAIC)からなる群から選択される1種以上からなる、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記ラミネートシートの内部樹脂層は、ポリプロピレン又はポリエチレン、及び前記電子ビーム又は放射線に感応する架橋剤を含む単一層構造である、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記ラミネートシートの内部樹脂層は、前記化学式(1)又は(2)で表される化合物を含む単一層構造である、請求項2に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記電極組立体は、スタック型電極組立体、スタック/フォルディング型電極組立体、ラミネーション/スタック型電極組立体及びゼリーロール型電極組立体からなる群から選択される1種以上からなる、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。
- ラミネートシートを備える、パウチ型二次電池用の外装材であって、
前記ラミネートシートは、外部樹脂層、金属バリア層及び内部樹脂層を含み、
前記内部樹脂層は、ポリプロピレン又はポリエチレン、架橋剤、及びバインダーを含み、
固形分の総重量を基準に前記バインダーは5重量%~8重量%で含まれ、前記架橋剤は2重量%~5重量%で含まれ、
前記架橋剤は、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(Trimethylolpropane Triacrylate、TMPTA)、トリアリルイソシアヌレート(Triallyl Isocyanurate、TAIC)、トリメタリルイソシアヌレート(Trimethallyl Isocyanurate、TMAIC)からなる群から選択される1種以上からなる、外装材。
