Description
Claims (19)
- 正極と負極との間に分離膜が介在している構造の電極組立体が電池ケースに内蔵されている電池セルであって、
上部ケース及び下部ケースからなっており、電極組立体の収納のために、前記上部ケースには第1収納部が形成されており、前記下部ケースには第2収納部が形成されており、前記第1収納部及び前記第2収納部は大きさが互いに異なる構造で形成されている電池ケースと、
前記第1収納部及び前記第2収納部の内面形状に対応する外面形状からなる電極組立体と、
を含み、
前記第1収納部及び前記第2収納部は、平面視でそれぞれ長方形状からなっており、
前記電極組立体は、前記第1収納部の内面形状に対応する外面形状を有する第1ユニットセルと、前記第2収納部の内面形状に対応する外面形状を有する第2ユニットセルとの組み合わせからなることを特徴とする、電池セル。 - 前記電池ケースは、金属層と樹脂層のラミネートシートからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池ケースは、前記上部ケース及び前記下部ケースが一単位の部材として形成されており、前記下部ケースを覆う構造で前記上部ケースを折り曲げた状態で、密封のために外周面が熱融着されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記上部ケース及び前記下部ケースは、互いに独立した部材からなっており、前記部材の外周面が密封のために熱融着されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第1収納部の前記長方形状及び前記第2収納部の前記長方形状は、横幅(横の長さ)及び縦幅(縦の長さ)のうちの少なくとも1つが異なることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第1収納部の深さは、前記第2収納部の深さよりも浅いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第1収納部の前記長方形状の平面視の広さは、前記第2収納部の前記長方形状の平面視の広さよりも狭いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第1収納部の一側面及び前記第2収納部の一側面は、上下に隣接する構造で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記隣接する構造で形成されている前記第1収納部の一側面及び前記第2収納部の一側面は、電極端子が位置する方向の一側面であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第1収納部及び前記第2収納部は、電極端子が位置した方向の一側面、及び対向側面が上下に隣接する構造で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第1収納部及び前記第2収納部は、電極端子が位置した方向の一側面、及び前記一側面を基準として平面視で垂直方向の一側面又は両側面と上下に隣接する構造で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第1収納部及び前記第2収納部は、電極端子が位置した方向の対向側面、及び前記対向側面を基準として平面視で垂直方向の一側面又は両側面と上下に隣接する構造で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第1収納部は、平面視で前記第2収納部の内側に位置するように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記ユニットセルは、それぞれ直方体状からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記ユニットセルは、電極端子が同じ方向に配列されるように積層されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記ユニットセルの電極タブは、1つの電極リードに結合されて電池セルの電極端子を形成する構造であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池セルは、リチウムイオン電池セルまたはリチウムイオンポリマー電池セルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 請求項1乃至17のうちのいずれかに記載の電池セルを電源として含んでいるデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、携帯電話、携帯用コンピュータ、スマートフォン、タブレットPC、スマートパッド、ネットブック、LEV(Light Electric Vehicle)、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車、及び電力貯蔵装置からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載のデバイス。
