Description
上記発電装置と上記駆動装置は、上記エンジンルームにおいて車幅方向に並べて配置され、
上記第1高電圧機器は、上記発電装置及び上記駆動装置のうちの一方の上に立設され、
上記第2高電圧機器は、上記発電装置及び上記駆動装置のうちの他方の上に立設されており、
上記第1高電圧機器と上記第2高電圧機器とを連結して車幅方向に略水平に延び、上記第1及び第2の両高電圧機器間で互いに相手側に向かう倒れ荷重を支える連結部材を備えていることを特徴とする。
図1に示す車両1の前部において、2は車両のフェンダー、3はホイールエプロン、4はホイールエプロン3の内側を車両前後方向に延びるサイドフレームである。左右のサイドフレーム4の間にエンジンルーム5が形成されている。エンジンルーム5に当該車両1を駆動するための発電・駆動ユニット(パワートレイン)6が収容されている。
図2に発電・駆動ユニット6を車両前方から見た正面図で示す。発電装置7と駆動装置8は、前者が車両左側に位置し後者が車両右側に位置するように配置されている。
図4に概略的に示すように、第1高電圧機器11は車両前後方向に長い略直方体の形状を有する。第2高電圧機器12は車幅方向(左右方向)に長い直方体の形状を有する。第1高電圧機器11及び第2高電圧機器12の高さは略同じである。また、上述の如く、第1高電圧機器11と第2高電圧機器12は車幅方向に離れている。さらに、第1高電圧機器11は、その前端が第2高電圧機器12の前端よりも車両前方に位置している。すなわち、第1高電圧機器11の前端は第2高電圧機器12の前端よりも車両前方に出張っている。
図2に示すように、第1高電圧機器11と第2高電圧機器12を倒れ荷重支持用の連結部材21によって連結している。図3及び図4に示すように、連結部材21は、第1高電圧機器11の上端部と第2高電圧機器12の上端部を連結して車幅方向に略水平に延びている。

- 車両の前部のエンジンルームに、エンジン及び該エンジンを動力源とする発電機を備えてなる発電装置と、当該車両に駆動力を与えるモータを備えてなる駆動装置と、第1高電圧機器と、第2高電圧機器とが設けられている電気機器の車載構造であって、
上記発電装置と上記駆動装置は、上記エンジンルームにおいて車幅方向に並べて配置され、
上記第1高電圧機器は、上記発電装置及び上記駆動装置のうちの一方の上に立設され、

上記第1高電圧機器は、上記発電機からバッテリに充電するための電気機器であり、
上記第2高電圧機器は、上記バッテリによって上記モータの駆動を制御するための電気機器であることを特徴とする電気機器の車載構造。 - 請求項1又は請求項2において、
上記第1高電圧機器と上記第2高電圧機器を結ぶ高電圧ハーネスを備え、
上記高電圧ハーネスの上側が上記連結部材によって覆われていることを特徴とする電気機器の車載構造。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一において、
上記第1高電圧機器及び上記第2高電圧機器のうちの一方の前端は他方の前端よりも上記車両の前方に出張っており、
上記連結部材は、上記他方の高電圧機器から上記一方の高電圧機器に近づくに従って前後幅が漸次広くなって、その前縁が、上記他方の高電圧機器から上記一方の高電圧機器に近づくに従って上記車両の前方に向かうように傾斜していることを特徴とする電気機器の車載構造。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一において、
上記第1高電圧機器及び上記第2高電圧機器のうちの一方は他方の側に傾動することが許容されるように、上記発電装置の上に又は上記駆動装置の上に弾性的に支持されていることを特徴とする電気機器の車載構造。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一において、
上記連結部材は、上記第1高電圧機器及び上記第2高電圧機器のうちの一方が他方の側に傾動するときに上記一方の高電圧機器を弾性的に受ける弾性受け部を備えていることを特徴とする電気機器の車載構造。 - 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一において、
上記連結部材は、上記車両の前後方向の断面形状がコ字形状になっていることを特徴とする電気機器の車載構造。 - 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか一において、
上記第1高電圧機器及び上記第2高電圧機器各々の上端高さが略一致し、上記連結部材が上記第1高電圧機器及び上記第2高電圧機器各々の上端部を連結していることを特徴とする電気機器の車載構造。
