Description
図5〜図8を参照して、本実施形態に係る車両前部構造の、車両前突時の挙動について説明する。図5に例示されるように、車両前面が障害物46(バリア)に衝突すると、フロントサイドメンバ12の前端が障害物を受けて折れ変形(座屈)する。この折れ変形に伴って、サスペンションメンバ16をフロントサイドメンバ12に支持する支持部材32Aが後退させられる。これに伴ってサスペンションメンバ16の前端が上方に持ち上がり、その後端は下方に傾く。
なお、図1〜図8では、メンバ側エクステンション34,34とフロア側エクステンション36,36のそれぞれを、独立した一部品としていたが、他の形態が採られてもよい。例えば図9に例示するように、メンバ側エクステンション34(メンバ側拡張部材)及びフロア側エクステンション36(フロア側拡張部材)をそれぞれ一部品としてもよい。
Claims (5)
- 車室のフロア下に設けられたバッテリユニットと、
車室より前方のエンジンコンパートメントに設けられた電力変換ユニットと、
前記電力変換ユニットの下方かつ前記バッテリユニットの前方に設けられたサスペンションメンバと、
前記バッテリユニット前面から上方かつ前方に延設され前記電力変換ユニットに接続される高電圧ケーブルと、
を備える車両前部構造であって、
車室のフロアを構成するダッシュパネルロア及びフロアパネルの少なくとも一方の下面の、前記バッテリユニット前面より前方には、前記高電圧ケーブルを挟んで車両幅方向に一対のフロア側拡張部材が下方に突設され、
前記サスペンションメンバの後端縁のうち、前記一対のフロア側拡張部材と車両前後方向で対向する位置に、一対のメンバ側拡張部材が上方に突設される、
車両前部構造。 - 請求項1に記載の車両前部構造であって、
前記一対のフロア側拡張部材と、前記一対のメンバ側拡張部材の、車両前後方向で対向する対向面は、車両後方に向かって下方に傾斜する傾斜面である、
車両前部構造。 - 請求項2に記載の車両前部構造であって、
前記一対のメンバ側拡張部材の対向面は、前記一対のフロア側拡張部材の対向面よりも、水平寄りに傾斜される、
車両前部構造。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の車両前部構造であって、
前記ダッシュパネルロア及び前記フロアパネルの少なくとも一方のうち、その上面に補強部材が設けられた部分の下に、前記一対のフロア側拡張部材が設けられる、
車両前部構造。 - 車室のフロア下に設けられたバッテリユニットと、
車室より前方のエンジンコンパートメントに設けられた電力変換ユニットと、
前記電力変換ユニットの下方かつ前記バッテリユニットの前方に設けられたサスペンションメンバと、
前記バッテリユニット前面から上方かつ前方に延設され前記電力変換ユニットに接続される高電圧ケーブルと、
を備える車両前部構造であって、
車室のフロアを構成するダッシュパネルロア及びフロアパネルの少なくとも一方の下面の、前記バッテリユニット前面より前方には、前記高電圧ケーブルを挟んで車両幅方向に配置されるとともに下方に突出される一対のフロア側突出部を備えるフロア側拡張部材が設けられ、
前記サスペンションメンバの後端縁のうち、前記一対のフロア側突出部と車両前後方向で対向する位置に、上方に突出される一対のメンバ側突出部を備えるメンバ側拡張部材が設けられる、
車両前部構造。
