Claims (4)
- シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に摺動可能に挿入されて前記シリンダ内を伸側室と圧側室に区画するピストンと、
前記シリンダ内に軸方向へ移動可能に挿入されて前記ピストンに連結されるピストンロッドと、
前記シリンダの軸方向の一端部に装着されて前記ピストンロッドを摺動自在に支持する環状のロッドガイドと、
前記ピストンロッドの側方から開口して前記伸側室と前記圧側室とを連通する通路と、
前記ピストンロッドの外周に軸方向へ移動可能に装着されて、前記通路を開閉するシャッタと、
前記シャッタと前記ロッドガイドとを連結するコイルばねと、
前記ピストンロッドの外周に設けられて前記ロッドガイドの先端及び前記シャッタの先端に当接可能なストッパとを備え、
前記ロッドガイドには、前記ロッドガイドの先端から開口して前記シャッタと前記コイルばねを収容可能な凹部が形成されており、
前記コイルばねのロッドガイド側の一端から前記凹部の開口端までの距離は、前記コイルばねが自然長となった状態での前記コイルばねの一端から前記シャッタの先端までの距離よりも短く、前記コイルばねが密着長となった状態での前記コイルばねの一端から前記シャッタの先端までの距離よりも長い
ことを特徴とする緩衝器。 - 前記コイルばねは、連結部材を介して前記ロッドガイドに連結されており、
前記連結部材は、前記コイルばねの一端部内周に嵌合する環状の嵌合部と、前記嵌合部の一端から径方向外側へ突出して前記コイルばねの一端が当接する一端側シート部とを含み、
前記シャッタは、前記コイルばねの他端部内周に嵌合して前記ピストンロッドの外周に摺接する筒状のシャッタ本体と、前記シャッタ本体の一端から径方向外側へ突出して前記コイルばねの他端が当接する他端側シート部とを含み、
前記ストッパが前記ロッドガイドに当接した状態で、前記嵌合部と前記シャッタ本体との間に隙間が形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記凹部の内周には、環状のクッションラバーが装着されており、
取付初期状態では、前記クッションラバーの先端が前記凹部から外方へ突出するとともに、前記シャッタの先端が前記クッションラバーの先端よりもストッパ側に位置する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記通路に挿入されて、前記通路の流路面積を変更可能な弁体と、
前記ピストンロッド内に挿入されるコントロールロッドを介して前記弁体を駆動するアジャスタとを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の緩衝器。
