Claims (3)
- 上支持体と、前記上支持体の下側に配備される下支持体と、前記上支持体と前記下支持体とを繋ぎ合わせ、前記弾性部材に対する付勢の際に屈曲変形する山と谷とが前記弾性部材が弾性変形する長手方向に沿って繰り返し形成される繋合部と、を備え、前記繋合部が、蛇腹状であり、前記弾性部材の側面が密閉され、前記山と前記谷の径が、前記長手方向に沿って増加する弾性部材と、
上部及び下部が開かれ、内部に中空が形成されたシリンダーと、
前記シリンダーの内壁に配備されるシールキャップと、
少なくとも一部が前記シリンダー内に嵌入して、前記シールキャップの上昇を抑えるシール部と、
下端に前記シールキャップにより開閉される流入口が形成され、前記流入口と連絡された通路が上端まで形成されるピストンロッドと、
前記ピストンロッドとともに昇降するように結合されたステムと、
を備え、
前記弾性部材は、前記ステムと前記シール部との間に介装されて、前記シール部から前記ステムに向かって弾性力を与え、
また、
前記ステムの上端部には、前記弾性部材の上端を支持する羽根部が外側に形成され、前記羽根部の外側には前記弾性部材の側面を支持して前記弾性部材の離脱を防ぐ下方折曲げ部が形成され、
前記シール部は、前記シリンダーと接し、前記弾性部材の下端部の側面に密着して前記弾性部材の離脱を防ぐ側壁、及び前記側壁の下端から内側に形成され前記弾性部材の下端を支持する基底部を備え、
前記羽根部に、前記弾性部材の圧縮及び圧縮の解除の際に生じる前記弾性部材の内部の空気の圧縮及び膨張を解消するために、前記弾性部材の内部と外部とを連通させる空気通路が形成される
ことを特徴とするポンプ組立て体。 - 前記弾性部材は、部分的に圧縮された状態でポンプ組立て体内に収められる
請求項1に記載のポンプ組立て体。 - 前記弾性部材の材質としては、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリオキシメチレン(POM)、ポリケトン(POK)POK、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリオキシプロピレン(POP)、ポリオレフィンエラストマー(POE)及びエチレンオクテン/ブテン重合体(Ethylene Octene/Butene Copolymers)のうちの少なくとも一種が挙げられる
請求項1に記載のポンプ組立て体。
