- 家禽肉若しくは畜肉が主原料の1mm以下の厚みで滑らかな表面をしてい
る高たんぱく低脂肪低炭水化物のノンフライチップスの製造方法であって、
家禽肉若しくは畜肉に水を加えペースト加工し、そのペースト品を薄く均一
に広げ、加熱し、一口大にカットする工程を含む事を特徴とするノンフライ
チップスの製造方法。 - 調味料、スパイス及び/又はハーブで味付けして製造する事を特徴とする請
求項1の製造方法。
