Claims (3)
- 家禽肉若しくは畜肉が主原料で、1mm以下の厚みで滑らかな表面をしており、パリパリサクサクとした食感で食べ易さが特徴の高たんぱく低脂肪低炭水化物で微生物生存が少ないノンフライチップス。
- 家禽肉若しくは畜肉に水を加えペースト加工し、そのペースト品を薄く均一に広げ、加熱し、一口大にカットし得られる請求項1のノンフライチップスの製造方法。
- 請求項1のノンフライチップスで、調味料、スパイスやハーブで味付けした製品。
