- 創傷被覆材装置であって、
創傷部位の上に配置されるよう構成された創傷被覆材(1200、1300)であって、
創傷に接触して配置されるよう構成された創傷接触層と、
第1エリアと、前記第1エリアに隣接して配置された第2エリアであって、前記第1エリアが吸収材を含むよう構成された第1エリア及び第2エリアと、
前記創傷接触層と、前記第1エリアと、前記第2エリアとを覆い、その上で封止を形成するよう構成されたカバー層と、
を含む創傷被覆材と、
前記創傷被覆材の前記第2エリアの上に配置された、又は、その中に配置されたポンプ(1304、1704)であって、入口と出口とを備え、前記創傷部位に陰圧を印加するよう動作可能であるポンプと、
前記入口と流体連通する1以上の構成要素(1510、1710)であって、前記入口の閉鎖が阻止されるよう、前記創傷被覆材の内部と前記入口との間に複数の流路を画定する1以上の構成要素と、
を備え、
前記構成要素が前記吸収材と流体連通し、創傷滲出液が前記創傷部位から前記入口へ流れるのを阻止するよう構成され、
