技术领域
本发明涉及一种护理耗材,尤其是一种智能护理耗材及具有此智能护理耗材的生理监控装置。
背景技术
护理耗材如纱布、尿垫、尿裤、替换片……等,以往是无感测功能,不能主动通知状态或替换,更无生理感测功能。如对婴幼儿、失智老人、行动不便者或病患等被照护者来说,***往往是无法自我控制或处理的,因此借由让被照护者穿着尿布,可大幅降低照护人员在照顾时的困扰。
但尿布内的湿气、尿液的酸碱度、粪便内的蛋白质或细菌等污染物,易导致尿布穿着者产生皮肤相关疾病,因此,如何妥善判断尿布是否遭受到***物以进行更换成为照护人员的重要课题。以往对尿布更换时机的判断,较为常见的方式是由照护人员主动触碰尿布,以手的触感来判定尿布内的湿度是否过高,另一种是被动地的等待穿戴尿布者因湿度过高时造成不舒服而哭闹的表达反应,但此些判断方式往往取决于照护人员的个人感受或者是易因为不确定的表达反应导致判断错误。
有鉴于此,现有技术已有可感测***物的智能尿布。现有技术的智能尿布通常通过印刷工艺将导电胶印刷于智能尿布的防水层上形成导电胶带,导电胶带上方覆盖有吸水层,并通过传感器组件来感测导电胶带的阻抗。当吸水层大致吸满尿液时,部分尿液会渗透至导电胶带使导电胶带的阻抗产生变化。当传感器组件感测到导电胶带的阻抗变化时,表示吸水层已经大致吸满尿液而需更换新的智能尿布。
现有技术中的优奌是平滑的防水层容易印刷导电胶且方便与传感器组件连接,但因粪便无法通过吸水层而渗透至导电胶带,其无法使导电胶带的阻抗产生变化,所以无法感测到被照护者排粪便的行为,仍需依赖照护人员注意。而且,现有技术的智能尿布只能提示照护人员更换新的智能尿布的时机,并无法感测到被照护者每次的排尿行为。
发明内容
本发明提供一种智能护理耗材,其有助于感测被照护者的***状况。
本发明另提供一种生理监控装置,以利监控被照护者的健康状况。
为达上述优点或其他优点,本发明一实施例提出一种智能护理耗材,用于收集被照护者的***物。此智能护理耗材包括吸收本体以及感应模块。吸收本体包括防水层及配置于防水层上的吸水层。感应模块配置于吸水层上方,且感应模块包括多条导线。
在本发明的一实施例中,吸收本体还包括导水层,配置于吸水层上方,且感应模块配置于导水层上。感应模块还包括第一渗水层、第二渗水层及导电接垫,其中导线配置于第一渗水层与第二渗水层之间,且第一渗水层邻近于吸水层,而导电接垫通过第二渗水层的孔洞而连接于导线。
在本发明的一实施例中,导电接垫的材料包括导电胶材、导电塑胶、导电油墨、导电漆以及碳膜中的至少一种。
在本发明的一实施例中,智能护理耗材包括智能护理裤、智能护理垫、智能女用卫生棉或智能纱布。
为达上述优点或其他优点,本发明一实施例提出一种生理监控装置,其包括传感器组件、监控模块以及上述的智能护理耗材,其中传感器组件可拆卸地结合于吸收本体。传感器组件包括阻抗传感器及信号处理模块,阻抗传感器电性连接至导线,用以感测导线之间的在时序上的阻抗值,而信号处理模块电性连接至阻抗传感器,用以将阻抗传感器感测到的阻抗值转换成表示所述智能护理耗材使用状态的通知信号。监控模块适于接收智能护理耗材的传感器组件提供的通知信号。
在本发明的一实施例中,传感器组件还包括生理信号传感器,电性连接至信号处理模块,用以感测被照护者的生理信号。
在本发明的一实施例中,生理信号传感器包括加速度传感器,邻近智能护理耗材,用以感测被照护者的心跳及/或呼吸。
在本发明的一实施例中,生理信号传感器包括热敏电阻,邻近智能护理耗材,用以感测被照护者的体表温度。
在本发明的一实施例中,生理信号传感器包括生物电传感器,邻近智能护理耗材,用以感测被照护者的心跳。
在本发明的一实施例中,吸收本体呈尿裤状,传感器组件还包括夹持本体,夹持于吸收本体的腰带。

本发明的智能护理耗材因将感应模块的导线设置于吸水层上方,被照护者每次的排尿行为及排粪便行为都可被感测到,此有利于监控被照护者***状况,例如排尿时间及频率等,以利后续的分析。本发明的生理监控装置因使用上述的智能护理耗材,所以能进一步分析被照护者的***状况,以判断被照护者的健康状况。

具体实施方式
本发明的智能护理耗材是用于被照护者,以收集被照护者的***物(如尿液、粪便等)或其他体液(如汗液或血液等)。此智能护理耗材可以是智能护理裤(如智能尿布)、智能护理垫、用于女性生理期的智能女用卫生棉或用以包覆伤口的智能纱布等,但本发明不以此为限,本发明的智能护理耗材也可以是其他能用来收集被照护者的***物的垫材或包材。以下将以智能护理裤为例来详细说明本发明的智能护理耗材的结构。
图1是本发明一实施例的智能护理耗材及传感器组件的立体示意图,而图2是本发明一实施例的智能护理耗材的剖面示意图。请参照图1与图2,本实施例的智能护理耗材100可与能重复使用的传感器组件130结合。智能护理耗材100包括吸收本体110以及感应模块120。吸收本体110包括防水层112及配置于防水层112上的吸水层113。感应模块120配置于吸水层113上方,且感应模块120包括多条导线122。传感器组件130是可拆卸地结合于吸收本体110。
在本实施例中,感应模块120例如还具有连接于导线122的导电接垫124,以便于与传感器组件130电性连接。具体地,吸收本体110例如呈尿裤状,而传感器组件130还包括夹持本体134,其例如是夹持于吸收本体110的腰带111。此夹持本体134可为挠性线路板或刚性线路板等,但不以此为限。此外,吸收本体110例如还包括导水层115。导水层115配置于吸水层113上方,且感应模块120配置于导水层115上。感应模块120还包括第一渗水层121与第二渗水层123,导线122配置于第一渗水层121与第二渗水层123之间,且第一渗水层121邻近于吸水层113。第一渗水层121与第二渗水层123例如分别具有平均分布于整体的多个微孔,以利于渗水,其中第一渗水层121与第二渗水层123可为不织布(non-woven fabric)或其他具有微孔且不吸水的材料,如纱布,本发明不加以限制。导电接垫124例如是设置于第二渗水层123上并通过第二渗水层123的微孔(图2中以两个微孔125作为示意)而连接于导线122,以与导线122电性连接。第一渗水层121与第二渗水层123有助于隔绝湿气,而导水层115有助于传导液体,使液体迅速传导致吸水层113。另外,导线122的数量是以三条为例,但本发明并不限制导线122的数量,举例来说导线122的数量也可以是两条或多于三条,导线122的数量愈多,有助于增加感应范围。导线122例如为金属丝或金属薄膜。导电接垫124的材料可为导电胶材、导电塑胶、导电油墨、导电漆或其他液态导电材料形成。在一实施例中,导电接垫124的材料可为碳膜。导电接垫124的材料也可同时包括两种或多于两种的上述这些材料。
图3是本发明一实施例的生理监控装置的方块示意图。请参照图3,本实施例的生理监控装置包括监控模块200、上述的传感器组件130及上述的智能护理耗材100,其中上述的传感器组件130还包括阻抗传感器131及信号处理模块133。阻抗传感器131电性连接至导线122,用以感测导线122之间的在时序上的阻抗值。信号处理模块133电性连接至阻抗传感器131,用以将阻抗传感器131感测到的阻抗值转换成表示所述智能护理耗材100使用状态的通知信号。也就是说,可根据此通知信号来分析出智能护理耗材100的使用状态,例如吸收液体的程度、是否需更换智能护理耗材100等。此外,本实施例的传感器组件130还可进一步包括无线信号传输器136,此无线信号传输器136电性连接至信号处理器133,用以发送通知信号。
阻抗传感器131及信号处理模块133例如是设置于图1的夹持本体134,并通过夹持本体134的线路而彼此电性连接。图1的夹持本体134例如还具有连接件135,其用以连接导电接垫124,以使阻抗传感器131与导线122彼此电性连接。当尿液或粪便渗透至导线122时,导线122之间的阻抗值会产生特定的变化,阻抗传感器131则用以感测阻抗值的变化。
具体地,由于导线122是设置在吸水层113的上方,被照护者每次排尿时,尿液会先通过第二渗水层123、导线122及第一渗水层121后而被吸水层113吸收。当尿液渗透至导线122时,导线122之间的阻抗值会产生明显变化,随着尿液逐渐通过导线122而被吸水层113吸收,导线122之间的阻抗值又会恢复原先的数值。举例来说,被照护者每次排尿时,阻抗传感器131例如在时序上可感测到类似于山谷状波形的阻抗值变化,如此即可纪录被照护者每次排尿的时间点,且可根据山谷状波形来判断每一次排尿持续的时间,如此有助于了解被照护者排尿的次数、频率及尿量等,并据此分析被照护者是否有频尿或尿道发炎等情形,以利判断被照护者的健康状况。此外,当被照护者排粪便时,因粪便可通过第二渗水层123的微孔而持续沾黏于导线122或导线122之间,导线122之间的阻抗值因粪便而产生变化后不会恢复原先的数值,所以当阻抗值无法恢复原先的数值时,即可判断此为被照护者排粪便的行为。此外,可根据发生短路的导线122的数量来分析智能护理耗材100因尿液或其他液体而变湿的范围。也可用不同频率测电抗及电阻、分析酸硷度进而预警生理变化。因此,与现有技术所的量测电阻的门槛值不同。
本实施例的智能护理耗材100因将感应模块120设置于吸收本体110上方,所以能根据感测到的波形来判断排尿、排便等行为,以利于判断被照护者的状况。此外,为了满足柔软舒适无异物感,且感应模块120不可阻碍尿液或其他液体下渗路径,本实施例采用导线122而非现有技术的导电胶带,其中导线122的宽度例如约介于0.05毫米(mm)至1mm之间。所以导线122易陷入第一渗水层121或第二渗水层123的微孔中而造成夹持本体134的连接件135与导线122接触不良,导电接垫124能避免此误讯号。此外,利用第一渗水层121与第二渗水层123来包覆导线122,使导线122不直接接触皮肤与导水层115,所以能避免误讯号。另外,导线122可由合金制成,此有助于避免导线122断裂的情形,其中合金可为锡铜合金,但不以此为限。
本发明的智能护理耗材应用在用以包覆伤口的智能纱布,则可用以感测并分析伤口是否渗血、渗血是否过量的情形,也可量测使用者的体温是否上升,以判断是否发炎。上述的监控模块200适于接收传感器组件130提供的通知信号。具体而言,监控模块200例如包括彼此电性连接的无线信号传输器210以及信号处理模块220。传感器组件130的信号处理模块133可将阻抗传感器131感测到导线122之间的阻抗值变化转换成通知信号,并由无线信号传输器136传送给监控模块200。监控模块200的无线信号传输器210可接收上述通知信号,而信号处理模块220可用以分析通知信号,例如分析阻抗传感器131感测到的阻抗值变化,以判断被照护者的排粪便或排尿等行为。
此外,监控模块200还可包括提醒元件230,以根据接收到的感测结果,适时发出警告,例如提醒照护者更换智能护理耗材100。在本实施例中,由于传感器组件130是可拆卸地结合于智能护理耗材100,因此传感器组件130可再结合至新的智能护理耗材100,从而节省照护成本并避免资源浪费。具体地,提醒元件230电性连接至信号处理模块220,信号处理模块220可根据分析的结果适时驱使提醒元件230发出警告。提醒元件210可为声警告器及/或光警告器等,以鸣笛及/或亮灯的方式来发出警告。需说明的是,本发明并不限定提醒元件230的种类及数量。
本实施例例如是利用监控模块200来分析阻抗传感器131感测到的阻抗值变化。然而,在其他实施例中,也可利用信号处理模块133来分析阻抗传感器131感测到的阻抗值变化,并将分析结果转换成通知信号。此外,在其他实施例中,监控模块200与传感器组件130可通过有线的的方式彼此传输信号,而不需使用无线信号传输器136、210。
另外,本实施例的监控模块200还可包括监控资料传送元件240,以将监控到的资料以及警告信号发送至照护人员使用的电脑310或其他可携式电子装置,如智能移动电话、平板电脑、智能手表等,以通过电脑或其他可携式电子装置来提醒照护人员。在另一实施例中,监控资料传送元件240可整合于无线信号传输器210中。
图4是本发明另一实施例的生理监控装置的方块示意图。请参照图4,本实施例的生理监控装置与图3的生理监控装置相似,差异处在于本实施例的传感器组件130a还包括生理信号传感器132,电性连接至信号处理模块133。此生理信号传感器132是用以感测被照护者的生理信号,例如心跳、呼吸及体表温度等,生理信号传感器132可包括一个传感器或多个分别具有不同感测功能的传感器。举例来说,生理信号传感器132可以是加速度传感器,其邻近智能护理耗材100,用以感测被照护者的心跳及/或呼吸,也就是可用以感测被照护者的心跳或呼吸,或同时感测被照护者的心跳及呼吸。加速度传感器可为单轴加速度传感器、双轴加速度传感器或三轴加速度传感器。生理信号传感器132也可以是热敏电阻,其邻近智能护理耗材100,用以感测被照护者的体表温度。生理信号传感器132还可以是生物电传感器,其邻近智能护理耗材100,用以根据被照护者的肌肉收缩所产生的生物电来感测被照护者的心跳。需说明的是,以上所举数种生理信号传感器仅为举例说明,并非用以限定本发明的生理信号传感器的种类及数量。
信号处理模块133可将阻抗传感器131感测到导线122之间的阻抗值变化以及生理信号感测到的生理信号转换成通知信号,并由无线信号传输器136传送给监控模块200。监控模块200的无线信号传输器210可接收上述通知信号,而信号处理模块220可用以分析通知信号,例如分析阻抗传感器131感测到的阻抗值变化,以判断被照护者的排便、排尿或排汗等动作,以及分析生理信号传感器132感测到的生理信号,如心跳、呼吸及体表温度等。
本实施例中,传感器组件130a不但具有能用以监测被照护者的***状况的阻抗传感器131,还具有生理信号传感器132,所以能监测被照护者的生理信号,如心跳、呼吸、体表温度等。因此,本实施例的生理监控装置能同时监测被照护者的***状况及其他生理信号,有助于减轻照护人员的负担,并能实时监控被照护者的健康状况。此外,因智能护理耗材100是贴近于使用者的皮肤使用,将传感器组件130a连结于智能护理耗材100后,传感器组件130a也可邻近于智能护理耗材100及使用者的皮肤,此有助于进行各种生理信号的量测,例如心跳、呼吸等,提升量测的精确度。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述揭示的方法及技术内容作出些许的更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (12)

1.一种智能护理耗材,其特征在于,包括:
吸收本体,包括吸水层;以及
感应模块,配置于所述吸水层上方,所述感应模块包括多条导线、第一渗水层、第二渗水层及导电接垫,其中所述导线配置于所述第一渗水层与所述第二渗水层之间,且所述第一渗水层邻近于所述吸收本体,所述第一渗水层与所述第二渗水层为不织布,所述第一渗水层与所述第二渗水层分别具有平均分布于整体的多个微孔,所述导线为金属丝,所述导线的宽度介于0.05毫米至1毫米之间,所述导线的一部分陷入所述第二渗水层的部分所述微孔中,所述导电接垫通过所述第二渗水层的部分所述微孔而连接于所述导线,其中所述导电接垫填满所述第二渗水层的部分所述微孔且突出于第二渗水层。
2.如权利要求1所述的智能护理耗材,其特征在于,所述吸收本体还包括导水层,配置于所述吸水层上方,且所述感应模块配置于所述导水层上。
3.如权利要求1所述的智能护理耗材,其特征在于,所述导电接垫的材料包括导电胶材、导电塑胶、导电油墨、导电漆以及碳膜中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的智能护理耗材,其特征在于,所述智能护理耗材包括智能护理裤、智能护理垫、智能女用卫生棉或智能纱布。
5.一种生理监控装置,其特征在于,包括:
权利要求1-4项任一项所述的智能护理耗材;
传感器组件,可拆卸地结合于所述智能护理耗材,所述传感器组件包括阻抗传感器、信号处理模块及生理信号传感器,所述阻抗传感器电性连接至突出于所述第二渗水层的所述导电接垫,用以感测所述导线之间的在时序上的阻抗值,而所述信号处理模块电性连接至所述阻抗传感器,用以将所述阻抗传感器感测到的阻抗值转换成表示所述智能护理耗材使用状态的通知信号,所述生理信号传感器邻近于所述智能护理耗材设置,所述生理信号传感器电性连接至所述信号处理模块,用以感测被照护者的生理信号;以及
监控模块,适于接收所述传感器组件提供的所述通知信号。
6.如权利要求5所述的生理监控装置,其特征在于,所述生理信号传感器包括加速度传感器,用以感测被照护者的心跳及/或呼吸。
7.如权利要求5所述的生理监控装置,其特征在于,所述生理信号传感器包括热敏电阻,用以感测被照护者的体表温度。
8.如权利要求5所述的生理监控装置,其特征在于,所述生理信号传感器包括生物电传感器,用以感测被照护者的心跳。
9.如权利要求5所述的生理监控装置,其特征在于,所述吸收本体呈尿裤状,所述传感器组件还包括夹持本体,夹持于所述吸收本体的腰带。
10.如权利要求5所述的生理监控装置,其特征在于,所述传感器组件还包括无线信号传输器,电性连接至所述信号处理器,用以发送所述通知信号。
11.如权利要求5所述的生理监控装置,其特征在于,所述监控模块包括提醒元件。
12.如权利要求5所述的生理监控装置,其特征在于,所述监控模块包括监控资料传送元件。
