Claims (37)

吸収材パウチであって:

前記組織部位において前記減圧を維持するために、前記吸収層と前記マニホールド層とを覆って位置決めされた第1のカバー
を含む吸収材パウチと;
前記吸収材パウチに取り外し可能に結合されたエレクトロニクスパウチであって、
前記吸収層および前記マニホールド層の少なくとも一方を通した前記組織部位との流体連通をもたらすように適合されたポンプ;および
第1のエレクトロニクスカバーおよび第2のエレクトロニクスカバーを有する第2のカバーであって、前記第2のエレクトロニクスカバーは前記第1のエレクトロニクスカバーに結合され、および前記ポンプが前記第1のエレクトロニクスカバーと前記第2のエレクトロニクスカバーとの間に位置決めされており、前記第2のカバーがミシン目およびタブを含み、前記ミシン目は、前記タブへの分離力の適用に応答して裂けるように動作可能であり、それにより、前記吸収材パウチから前記エレクトロニクスパウチを分離する、第2のカバー

前記シール部材が、前記ポンプと前記吸収材パウチとの間に流体シールをもたらすことを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。 - 請求項2に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、前記シール部材が気液分離装置を含むことを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。

- 請求項2に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、前記シール部材が、第1のシーリングコネクタおよび第2のシーリングコネクタを含むことを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、前記第2のカバーが、第1のカバーコネクタおよび第2のカバーコネクタによって、前記第1のカバーにボンディングされることを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。
- 請求項10に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、前記第1のカバーコネクタおよび第2のカバーコネクタがポリウレタンを含むことを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、
前記第2のカバーが中間カバー部材によって前記第1のカバーに結合され;
前記中間カバー部材が、前記第1のカバーおよび前記第2のカバーよりも裂けやすく;および
前記エレクトロニクスパウチおよび吸収材パウチが、前記中間カバー部材を引き裂くことによって分離可能であることを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。 - 請求項1に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、さらに、前記第1のカバーと、前記組織部位にあるまたはその付近の組織との間に位置決めされたシーリング層を含むことを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、前記ポンプが圧電駆動マイクロポンプであることを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、前記エレクトロニクスパウチが、さらに、前記エレクトロニクスパウチ内に位置決めされかつ前記ポンプに動作可能に接続されたバッテリーおよび制御エレクトロニクスを含むことを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、さらに、前記第2のカバーにアパーチャを含み、前記ポンプからガスを排気できるようにすることを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、さらに、前記ポンプの出口ポートと流体連通する臭気フィルターを含むことを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、前記吸収材パウチがさらに:
前記吸収材パウチから液体が出るのを阻止する気液分離装置と;
前記気液分離装置と前記吸収層との間のダイバータ層であって、前記ポンプからの減圧を前記吸収層に伝達する複数のアパーチャを含むダイバータ層と
を含むことを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。 - 請求項18に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、
前記ダイバータ層の表面積が前記第1のカバーの表面積よりも大きく;および
前記第1のカバーの少なくとも一部分が、前記ダイバータ層に接着結合され、かつ前記ダイバータ層の少なくとも一部分が、前記組織部位を囲む組織に結合されていることを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。 - 請求項18に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、さらに、前記ダイバータ層と、前記組織部位を囲む組織との間に位置決めされたシール層を含むことを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、前記マニホールド層が疎水性であることを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、前記吸収層が超吸収性繊維を含むことを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、前記吸収材パウチがさらに:
前記マニホールド層と流体連通する第1のマニホールド層と;
実質的にガス不透過性材料から形成されたダイバータ層であって、前記吸収層と流体連通する複数の離間したアパーチャを含むダイバータ層と;
前記ダイバータ層と流体連通する第2のマニホールド層と;
前記ポンプに流体が入るのを阻止するために、前記第2のマニホールド層と前記ポンプとの間に位置決めされた気液分離装置と
を含み、
前記吸収層は、前記第1のマニホールド層と流体連通して、前記第1のマニホールド層、前記マニホールド層、および前記組織部位のうちの少なくとも1つからの流体を吸収し;および
前記ポンプは、前記第2のマニホールド層と流体連通し、前記組織部位に減圧を送達することを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。 - 組織部位に減圧治療を適用するための減圧ドレッシングにおいて、
前記組織部位からの液体を吸収する吸収材を有する吸収材パウチと;
前記吸収材パウチを通して前記組織部位に減圧を適用するためのポンプを有し、前記吸収材パウチに取り外し可能に結合されているポンプパウチであって、前記ポンプパウチがミシン目およびタブを含み、前記ミシン目が、前記タブへの分離力の適用に応答して裂けるように動作可能である、ポンプパウチと
を含むことを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。 - 請求項24に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、
前記ポンプパウチが回路基板を含み;
前記ポンプが前記回路基板に装着され;
前記減圧ドレッシングが、前記回路基板および前記吸収材パウチに結合されたシール部材を含み;および
前記シール部材が、前記ポンプと前記吸収材パウチとの間に流体シールを提供することを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。 - 請求項25に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、前記シール部材がシールリングを含むことを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。
- 請求項25に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、前記シール部材が、第1のシーリングコネクタおよび第2のシーリングコネクタを含むことを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。
- 請求項24に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、前記ポンプパウチが、第1のカバーコネクタおよび第2のカバーコネクタによって前記吸収材パウチに結合されることを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。
- 請求項24に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、
前記ポンプパウチが、中間カバー部材によって前記吸収材パウチに結合され;
前記中間カバー部材が、前記ポンプパウチおよび前記吸収材パウチよりも裂けやすく;および
前記ポンプパウチおよび吸収材パウチは、前記中間カバー部材を引き裂くことによって分離可能であることを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。 - 請求項24に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、前記ポンプが圧電駆動マイクロポンプであることを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。
- 組織部位に減圧治療を適用するための減圧ドレッシングにおいて、
前記組織部位に位置決めされるように適合されたマニホールド層と;
前記マニホールド層と流体連通している吸収層と;
前記吸収層を覆って位置決めされたカバーであって、前記カバーの下方に密閉空間を形成し、前記密閉空間との流体連通を可能にするアパーチャを有するカバーと;
上部シートおよび下部シートを含むエンベロープであって、前記下部シートは前記上部シートに結合され、および上部シートと下部シートとの間にポンプが位置決めされる、エンベロープと;
前記エンベロープと前記カバーとの間の取り外し可能なカップリング部と
を含み、
前記エンベロープがミシン目およびタブを含み、前記ミシン目が、前記タブへの分離力の適用に応答して裂けるように動作可能であることを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。 - 請求項31に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、
前記エンベロープが回路基板を含み;
前記ポンプが前記回路基板に装着され;および
前記減圧ドレッシングが、前記回路基板および前記カバーに結合されたシール部材を含み、前記シール部材が、前記ポンプと前記カバーとの間に流体シールをもたらすことを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。 - 請求項32に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、前記シール部材がシールリングを含むことを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。
- 請求項32に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、前記シール部材が、第1のシーリングコネクタおよび第2のシーリングコネクタを含むことを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。
- 請求項31に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、前記エンベロープが、第1のカバーコネクタおよび第2のカバーコネクタによって前記カバーに結合されていることを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。
- 請求項31に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、
前記エンベロープが、中間カバー部材によって前記カバーに結合され;
前記中間カバー部材が、前記カバー、前記上部シート、および前記下部シートよりも裂けやすく;および
前記エンベロープおよび吸収材パウチは、前記中間カバー部材を引き裂くことによって分離可能であることを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。 - 請求項31に記載の減圧ドレッシングにおいて、前記ポンプが圧電駆動マイクロポンプであることを特徴とする、減圧ドレッシング。
