- 前記第1入力端子は、前段のステージの出力信号またはスタートパルスの供給を受けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステージ。
- 前記第1入力端子に供給される前段のステージの出力信号またはスタートパルスは、前記第2入力端子に供給されるクロック信号と少なくとも一度重なることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のステージ。
- 前記第2入力端子は第1クロック信号の供給を受け、第3入力端子は第2クロック信号の供給を受けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステージ。
- 前記第1クロック信号及び第2クロック信号は同じ周期を有し、前記第2クロック信号は前記第1クロック信号から半周期分だけシフトされた信号に設定されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のステージ。
- 前記第1電源、前記第1ノード、及び前記第3入力端子に接続され、前記出力端子に前記第1電源の電圧が出力される間前記第2ノードの電圧を一定に保持するための第2安定化部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステージ。
- 前記第2安定化部は、
前記第1電源と第6ノードの間に接続され、ゲート電極が前記第1ノードに接続される第3トランジスタと、

前記第2キャパシタの第2端子と前記第1ノードの間に接続され、ゲート電極が前記第3入力端子に接続される第5トランジスタと、
前記第2キャパシタの第2端子と前記第3入力端子の間に接続され、ゲート電極が前記第5ノードに接続される第6トランジスタと、を備え、
前記第3信号処理部は、
第1電源と前記第4ノードの間に直列接続される第13トランジスタ及び第14トランジスタを備え、
前記第13トランジスタのゲート電極は前記第3ノードに接続され、前記第14トランジスタのゲート電極は前記第3入力端子に接続される、
ことを特徴とする有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第1電源はゲートオフ電圧に設定され、前記第2電源はゲートオン電圧に設定され、
前記出力端子に供給される前記第1電源の電圧が発光制御信号として使用されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第1入力端子は、前段のステージの出力信号またはスタートパルスの供給を受け、
j(jは奇数または偶数)番目のステージの前記第2入力端子は第1クロック信号、前記第3入力端子は第2クロック信号の供給を受け、
j+1番目のステージの前記第2入力端子は第2クロック信号、前記第3入力端子は第1クロック信号の供給を受けることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第1電源、前記第1ノード、及び前記第3入力端子に接続され、前記出力端子に前記第1電源の電圧が出力される間前記第2ノードの電圧を一定に保持するための第2安定化部をさらに備え、
前記第2安定化部は、
前記第1電源と第6ノードの間に接続され、ゲート電極が前記第1ノードに接続される第3トランジスタと、
前記第6ノードと前記第3入力端子の間に接続され、ゲート電極が前記第2ノードに接続される第4トランジスタと、
前記第2ノードと前記第6ノードの間に接続される第1キャパシタと、を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
