Claims (7)
- ハイブリッド車両の進行方向(x)に対して横向きのドライブトレインを備えたハイブリッド車両用変速機(G)の構造であって、前記変速機(G)は、入力軸(G1)、中間軸(G3)、差動装置(A)、及びハイブリッド車両を駆動するよう構成された厳密に1つの電気機械(E)を備え、前記電気機械(E)は、回転可能なロータ及び回転不能なステータを備え、
入力軸(G1)、中間軸(G3)、差動装置(A)、及び前記電気機械(E)のロータは、相互に軸平行に配置された回転軸(G1a、G3a、Aa、Ra)を備え、
前記入力軸(G1)は、ハイブリッド車両の内燃機関(VM)へのトルク伝達インターフェイス(GV)を構成し、又はクラッチ(K0)若しくはフリーホイールを介してそうしたインターフェイスと接続され、
前記差動装置(A)は、ハイブリッド車両の駆動輪(DW)と接続された駆動軸へのトルク伝達インターフェイスを備え、
前記変速機(G)は、異なる変速比を前記入力軸(G1)と、前記入力軸(G1)と同軸に配置された出力軸(G2)との間で提供するよう構成され、

前記中間軸(G3)の前記回転軸(G3a)は、空間的に、前記入力軸(G1)の前記回転軸(G1a)と前記差動装置(A)の前記回転軸(Aa)との間の接続線(1)の下に配置され、前記ロータの前記回転軸(Ra)は、空間的に、前記接続線(1)の上に配置されていることを特徴とする、変速機(G)の構造。 - 請求項1に記載の変速機(G)の構造であって、前記入力軸(G1)、前記中間軸(G3)、及び前記差動装置(A)の前記回転軸(G1a、G3a、Aa)上に頂点を有する三角形では、前記三角形における前記電気機械(E)の方向を向いた辺は、前記中間軸(G3)に接触しないことを特徴とする、変速機(G)の構造。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の変速機(G)の構造であって、前記ロータの前記回転軸(Ra)と前記差動装置(A)の前記回転軸(Aa)との間のハイブリッド車両の進行方向(x)の間隔(RAx)は、前記入力軸(G1)の前記回転軸(G1a)と前記ロータの前記回転軸(Ra)との間のハイブリッド車両の進行方向xの間隔(GRx)よりも小さいことを特徴とする、変速機(G)の構造。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の変速機(G)の構造であって、異なる変速比を前記入力軸(G1)と前記出力軸(G2)との間で、複数の遊星歯車セット(P1、P2、P3、P4)及び前記複数の遊星歯車セット(P1、P2、P3、P4)と協働するシフト要素(S1、S2、S3、S4、S5、S6)を用いて形成可能であることを特徴とする、変速機(G)の構造。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の変速機(G)の構造であって、前記一定の変速比が、前記ロータと、前記入力軸(G1)との間又は前記更なる軸(Gx)との間で、チェーン伝動装置(KE)又は平歯車伝動装置(SE)の変速比によって決定されることを特徴とする、変速機(G)の構造。
- 内燃機関(VM)を備えたハイブリッド車両用ドライブトレインであって、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に従って構成された変速機(G)を備えることを特徴とする、ドライブトレイン。
