Description

用于混合动力车辆的变速器装置
本发明涉及一种用于混合动力车辆的变速器装置,该变速器装置具有第一驱动机器和第二驱动机器。此外,本发明还涉及一种用于混合动力车辆的驱动装置,该驱动装置包括燃烧发动机以及根据本发明的具有第一驱动机器和第二驱动机器的变速器装置。

根据本发明的解决方案,一种用于具有相对于混合动力车辆的行驶方向横向地布置的动力传动系的混合动力车辆的变速器装置包括:变速器壳体;第一电动机器和第二电动机器;驱动轴,所述驱动轴被设置成用于与燃烧发动机操作性连接;差速器,所述差速器被设置成用于与第一从动轴和第二从动轴操作性连接;以及行星齿轮变速器,其中中间轴有效地被布置在所述行星齿轮变速器与所述差速器之间的功率流中,其中所述第一电动机器与所述驱动轴共轴地布置,其中所述第二电动机器与所述驱动轴轴线平行地布置并且藉由链传动装置或正齿轮传动装置与所述驱动轴操作性连接,其中所述变速器壳体具有发动机侧的、中部的和车轮侧的壳体区段,其中此外,所述第一电动机器被布置在所述车轮侧的壳体区段中,并且其中所述第二电动机器被布置在所述中部的壳体区段中。
变速器壳体尤其一体式地形成并且被划分成三个壳体区段,其中发动机侧的壳体区段与燃烧发动机相邻并且包括变速器壳体的第一端侧,其中车轮侧的壳体区段与混合动力车辆的车轮相邻并且包括变速器壳体的第二端侧,并且其中中部的壳体区段轴向地被布置在发动机侧的壳体区段与车轮侧的壳体区段之间并且朝向这两个端侧敞开。
通过这两个电动机器在变速器壳体中的根据本发明的布置方式,实现了变速器装置在轴向方向和径向方向上的高紧凑程度。第一电动机器在变速器壳体中的轴向方位是靠近车轮的并且因此与燃烧发动机距离最远。第二电动机器轴向地被布置在第一电动机器与燃烧发动机之间。第一电动机器被设计成环绕驱动轴的轴向区段。优选地,在发动机侧的壳体区段中布置有变矩器和/或扭振阻尼器。
换言之,根据本发明提出了一种用于混合动力车辆的具有两个电动机器的变速器装置的结构,该混合动力车辆具有相对于其行驶方向横向地定向的动力传动系(即具有所谓的前横向或后横向布置方式)。变速器装置包括这两个电动机器,这两个电动机器具有相应的防旋转的定子和相应的可旋转的转子以及与相应的转子防旋转地连接的相应的转子轴。
变速器装置被配置成用于在驱动轴和行星齿轮变速器的与该驱动轴共轴地布置的从动轴之间提供不同的传动比。为此,行星齿轮变速器例如具有多个行星齿轮组以及与该多个行星齿轮组共同作用的多个离合器和换挡装置。施加在行星齿轮变速器的从动轴上的转矩经由中间轴被传递至差速器。因此,驱动轴藉由行星齿轮变速器和中间轴与差速器操作性连接,其中该差速器的两个从动轴与混合动力车辆的相应的车***作性连接。
操作性连接应被理解为:两个元件直接性地、即直接彼此相连接,或者两个元件至少间接地藉由至少一个另外的、布置在这两个元件之间的元件来彼此连接。例如在两个轴之间可以有效地布置另外的轴和/或齿轮。
尤其,链传动装置具有第一链轮和第二链轮以及布置在该第一链轮与该第二链轮之间的链条。链条用于在这两个链轮之间传递转矩和转速。为此,第一链轮与行星齿轮变速器的从动轴操作性连接,其中第二链轮与中间轴操作性连接。在具有正齿轮传动装置而不是链传动装置的替代性实施例中,多个正齿轮(尤其三个正齿轮)彼此操作性连接,其方式为使得实现从行星齿轮变速器的从动轴到中间轴的转矩传递和转速传递。
根据本发明的一个优选的实施例,所述链传动装置或正齿轮传动装置被布置在所述中部的壳体区段中,其中所述第二电动机器的转子轴被布置在所述中部的壳体区段中并且所述转子轴是轴向地朝向所述车轮侧的壳体区段的方向设计的。换言之,第二电动机器的转子轴轴向地朝向燃烧发动机延伸,其中该转子轴仅被布置在中部的壳体区段中。第二电动机器的转子轴藉由链传动装置或正齿轮传动装置来与驱动轴操作性连接。因此,链传动装置或正齿轮传动装置在输入侧轴向地被布置在驱动轴上的行星齿轮变速器之前。优选地,链传动装置或正齿轮传动装置与行星齿轮变速器的输出装置一样布置在该行星齿轮变速器的同一侧。
根据本发明的另一优选的实施例,所述链传动装置或正齿轮传动装置被布置在所述车轮侧的壳体区段中,其中第二电动机器的转子轴与第一电动机器径向相邻地布置并且轴向地沿着整个第一电动机器被引导。换言之,第二电动机器的转子轴从中部的壳体区段延伸直至车轮侧的壳体区段。在此,第二电动机器的转子轴轴向地沿着第一电动机器的整个长度沿着该第一电动机器的周向区段延伸。第二电动机器的转子轴藉由链传动装置或正齿轮传动装置来与驱动轴的端部区段操作性连接。因此,链传动装置或正齿轮传动装置轴向地被布置在行星齿轮变速器与车轮侧的壳体区段的端侧的壳体壁部之间。尤其,链传动装置或正齿轮传动装置和行星齿轮变速器的输出装置被布置在该行星齿轮变速器的不同侧。
优选地,所述第二电动机器在端侧与所述第一电动机器相邻,其中所述驱动轴与所述第一电动机器的外轮廓之间的径向距离大于所述驱动轴与所述第二电动机器的外轮廓之间的最小径向距离。相应的电动机器的外轮廓尤其应被理解为相应的定子的外周。因此,这两个电动机器在端侧被布置成使得在第一电动机器的端侧区段出现与第二电动机器的径向重叠。尤其,第一电动机器或该第一电动机器的定子的外周大于第二电动机器或该第二电动机器的定子距驱动轴的最小距离。在存在多个径向距离的情况下,最小距离应被理解为这些距离中的最小的距离。

根据图1和图2,相应根据本发明的、用于混合动力车辆的驱动装置包括燃烧发动机4以及变速器装置1,该变速器装置具有布置在共用的变速器壳体G中的第一电动机器和第二电动机器2a、2b。变速器壳体G具有发动机侧的、中部的和车轮侧的壳体区段G1、G2、G3。这三个壳体区段G1、G2、G3的轴向长度通过总共四条竖直设计的虚线来呈现。第一电动机器2a被布置在车轮侧的壳体区段G3中,并且因此该第一电动机器与燃烧发动机4距离最远。相对于此,第二电动机器2b被布置在中部的壳体区段G2中,并且因此该第二电动机器轴向地被布置在安置于发动机侧的壳体区段G1中的扭振阻尼器19与第一电动机器2a之间。
第一电动机器2a具有防旋转的第一定子16a、可旋转的第一转子16b以及与第一转子16b防旋转地连接的第一转子轴R1。相对于此,第二电动机器2b具有防旋转的第二定子17a、可旋转的第二转子17b以及与第二转子17b防旋转地连接的第二转子轴R2。第二电动机器2b在端侧与第一电动机器2a相邻地布置。变速器装置1的驱动轴3与第一电动机器2a的外轮廓之间的径向距离大于驱动轴3与第二电动机器2b的外轮廓之间的径向距离。由此,第二电动机器2b在径向上至少部分地与第一电动机器2a重叠。这两个电动机器2a、2b虽然在轴向上彼此非常靠近地布置,但是并不彼此贴靠。在这两个电动机器2a、2b之间形成轴向气隙。
变速器装置1被配置成用于相对于混合动力车辆的行驶方向横向地布置的动力传动系。在此,变速器装置1的驱动轴3可以藉由第一离合器K1与扭振阻尼器19以及燃烧发动机4的曲轴18相连接。第一离合器K1具有至少一个断开的切换位置和至少一个闭合的切换位置,其中在闭合的切换位置,曲轴18和驱动轴3防旋转地相互连接,并且其中在断开的切换位置,燃烧发动机4与变速器装置1解除联接。
变速器装置1还包括差速器5和行星齿轮变速器7,该差速器与第一从动轴和第二从动轴6a、6b操作性连接,该行星齿轮变速器在此通过虚线矩形来呈现并且没有进行更详细的描述。在图3中示出了行星齿轮变速器7的优选的实施例。差速器5被设计为锥齿轮差速器并且与第一从动轴和第二从动轴6a、6b操作性连接。相应的从动轴6a、6b与混合动力车辆的相应的车***作性连接。
中间轴8有效地被布置在行星齿轮变速器7与差速器5之间的功率流中。中间轴8具有第一齿轮和第二齿轮8a、8b,其中第一齿轮8a与行星齿轮变速器7的从动轴15上的齿部15a啮合,并且其中第二齿轮8b与差速器5上的齿部5a啮合。第一齿轮8a比第二齿轮8b具有更大的直径。根据定义,这两个齿轮8a、8b防旋转地与中间轴8相连接。
行星齿轮变速器7、差速器5和中间轴8彼此轴线平行地布置。此外,第一电动机器2a与驱动轴3共轴地以及与第二电动机器2b轴线平行地来布置。
在图1中,第二电动机器2b藉由链传动装置或正齿轮传动装置10来与驱动轴3操作性连接。在此,链传动装置或正齿轮传动装置10被布置在中部的壳体区段G2中。第二电动机器2b的转子轴R2被布置在中部的壳体区段G2中并且该转子轴是轴向地朝向发动机侧的壳体区段G3的方向设计的。在此,第二电动机器2b的转子轴R2被设计成在轴向上是非常短的。
在图2中,第二电动机器2b藉由链传动装置或正齿轮传动装置10来与驱动轴3操作性连接。链传动装置或正齿轮传动装置10被布置在车轮侧的壳体区段G3中。第二电动机器2b的转子轴R2与第一电动机器2a径向相邻地布置并且轴向地沿着第一电动机器2a的整个轴向长度被引导。因此,第二电动机器2b的转子轴R2从中部的壳体区段G2延伸直至车轮侧的壳体区段G3的端部。因此,第二电动机器2b的转子轴R2被设计成在轴向上比第一电动机器2a的轴向长度更长。
根据图3,行星齿轮变速器7包括第一行星齿轮组、第二行星齿轮组和第三行星齿轮组9a、9b、9c。行星齿轮变速器7在径向上被布置在第一电动机器2a之内。第一行星齿轮组9a具有第一太阳齿轮11a、第一环齿轮12a以及可旋转地支承在第一行星架13a上的多个第一行星齿轮14a。第二行星齿轮组9b具有与壳体固定地设计的第二太阳齿轮11b、第二环齿轮12b、以及可旋转地支承在第二行星架13b上的多个第二行星齿轮14b。此外,第三行星齿轮组9c具有第三太阳齿轮11c、第三环齿轮12c以及可旋转地支承在第三行星架13c上的多个第三行星齿轮14c。
驱动轴3可以藉由第一离合器K1来与燃烧发动机4的曲轴18联接。驱动轴3可以藉由第二离合器K2来与第三太阳齿轮11c联接。相应的离合器K1、K2具有至少一个断开的切换位置和至少一个闭合的切换位置,其中在第一离合器K1的闭合的切换位置,曲轴18和驱动轴3防旋转地相互连接,并且其中在第一离合器K1的断开的切换位置,燃烧发动机4与变速器装置1解除联接。在第二离合器K2的闭合的切换位置,驱动轴3和第三太阳齿轮11c防旋转地相互连接,其中在第二离合器K2的断开的切换位置,驱动轴3和第三太阳齿轮11c是解除联接的并且因此可以相对于彼此旋转。
此外,驱动轴3与第一行星架13a防旋转地连接。第二电动机器2b藉由链传动装置或正齿轮传动装置10来与驱动轴3操作性连接。在此,链传动装置或正齿轮传动装置10被设计为链传动装置并且被布置在第二电动机器2b与行星齿轮变速器7之间的功率流中。链传动装置10包括第一链轮和第二链轮10a、10b以及布置在其间的链条10c,该链条与这两个链轮10a、10b连接,以传递转速和转矩。第一链轮10a与第二电动机器2b的第二转子轴R2防旋转地连接,其中第二链轮10b与驱动轴3防旋转地连接。
第一太阳齿轮11a藉由第一换挡装置S1根据第一切换位置A与第一行星架13a和驱动轴3防旋转地连接、根据第二切换位置B被切换到空挡并且因此可自由旋转、并且根据第三切换位置C被固定在壳体上。
此外,驱动轴3和第一行星架13a藉由第二换挡装置S2根据第一切换位置A与第二环齿轮12b和第三行星架13c防旋转地连接、根据第二切换位置B被切换到空挡并且因此可自由旋转、并且根据第三切换位置C与第一转子轴R1和第二环齿轮12b防旋转地连接。
此外,第三太阳齿轮11c藉由第三换挡装置S3根据第一切换位置A被固定在壳体上、根据第二切换位置B被切换到空挡并且因此可自由旋转、并且根据第三切换位置C与第三行星架13c和第一环齿轮12a防旋转地连接。此外,第三行星架13c与行星齿轮变速器7的从动轴15防旋转地连接。
图4a、图4b、图4c和图4d示出了用于展示两个电动机器2a、2b、中间轴8和差速器5在变速器装置1中的布置方式的相应的侧视图。第一电动机器2a与驱动轴3和行星齿轮变速器7共同具有第一旋转轴线D1。第二电动机器2b具有第二旋转轴线D2。此外,中间轴8具有第三旋转轴线D3。差速器5具有第四旋转轴线D4。这四条旋转轴线D1、D2、D3、D4彼此轴线平行地布置并且与混合动力车辆的行驶方向横向地在空间上被布置在该混合动力车辆的两个车轮之间。随后的说明“在空间上布置在……下方”和“在空间上布置在……上方”以及“在空间上布置在……前方”和“在空间上布置在……后方”涉及变速器装置1在混合动力车辆中的安装位置、更确切地说相对于行驶方向横向的安装位置。
根据图4a,第二旋转轴线D2在空间上被布置在第一旋转轴线D1上方以及该第一旋转轴线的后方。此外,第三旋转轴线D3和第四旋转轴线D4在空间上被布置在第一旋转轴线D1的下方以及该第一旋转轴线的后方,其中第三旋转轴线D3在空间上被布置在第四旋转轴线D4的下方以及该第四旋转轴线的前方。
根据图4b,第二旋转轴线D2在空间上被布置在第一旋转轴线D1的上方以及该第一旋转轴线的前方。此外,第三旋转轴线D3和第四旋转轴线D4在空间上被布置在第一旋转轴线D1的下方以及该第一旋转轴线的后方,其中第三旋转轴线D3在空间上被布置在第四旋转轴线D4的下方以及该第四旋转轴线的前方。
在图4c中,第二旋转轴线D2在空间上被布置在第一旋转轴线D1的上方以及该第一旋转轴线的前方。此外,第三旋转轴线D3在空间上被布置在第一旋转轴线D1的上方以及该第一旋转轴线的后方,其中第四旋转轴线D4在空间上被布置在第一旋转轴线D1的下方以及该第一旋转轴线的后方。此外,第三旋转轴线D3在空间上被布置在第四旋转轴线D4的上方以及该第四旋转轴线的前方。
在图4d中,第二旋转轴线D2在空间上被布置在第一旋转轴线D1的下方以及该第一旋转轴线的前方。此外,第三旋转轴线D3在空间上被布置在第一旋转轴线D1的上方以及该第一旋转轴线的后方,其中第四旋转轴线D4在空间上被布置在第一旋转轴线D1的下方以及该第一旋转轴线的后方。此外,第三旋转轴线D3在空间上被布置在第四旋转轴线D4的上方以及该第四旋转轴线的前方。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于混合动力车辆的变速器装置(1),所述混合动力车辆具有相对于所述混合动力车辆的行驶方向横向地布置的动力传动系,所述变速器装置包括:变速器壳体(G);第一电动机器和第二电动机器(2a,2b);驱动轴(3),所述驱动轴被设置成用于与燃烧发动机(4)操作性连接;差速器(5),所述差速器被设置成用于与第一从动轴和第二从动轴(6a,6b)操作性连接;以及行星齿轮变速器(7),其中中间轴(8)有效地被布置在所述行星齿轮变速器(7)与所述差速器(5)之间的功率流中,其中所述第一电动机器(2a)与所述驱动轴(3)共轴地布置,其中所述第二电动机器(2b)与所述驱动轴(3)轴线平行地布置并且藉由链传动装置或正齿轮传动装置(10)与所述驱动轴(3)操作性连接,其中所述变速器壳体(G)具有发动机侧的、中部的和车轮侧的壳体区段(G1,G2,G3),其中此外,所述第一电动机器(2a)被布置在所述车轮侧的壳体区段(G3)中,并且其中所述第二电动机器(2b)被布置在所述中部的壳体区段(G2)中。
2.根据权利要求2所述的变速器装置(1),其特征在于,所述链传动装置或正齿轮传动装置(10)被布置在所述中部的壳体区段(G2)中,其中所述第二电动机器(2b)的转子轴(R2)被布置在所述中部的壳体区段(G2)中并且所述转子轴是轴向地朝向所述车轮侧的壳体区段(G3)的方向设计的。
3.根据权利要求2所述的变速器装置(1),其特征在于,所述链传动装置或正齿轮传动装置(10)被布置在所述车轮侧的壳体区段(G3)中,其中所述第二电动机器(2b)的转子轴(R2)与所述第一电动机器(2a)径向相邻地布置并且轴向地沿着所述第一电动机器(2a)的整个长度被引导。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的变速器装置(1),其特征在于,所述第二电动机器(2b)在端侧与所述第一电动机器(2a)相邻,其中所述驱动轴(3)与所述第一电动机器(2a)的外轮廓之间的径向距离大于所述驱动轴(3)与所述第二电动机器(2b)的外轮廓之间的最小径向距离。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的变速器装置(1),其特征在于,所述中间轴(8)具有至少两个齿轮(8a,8b),其中至少第一齿轮(8a)与所述行星齿轮变速器(7)的从动轴(15)上的齿部(15a)啮合,并且其中至少第二齿轮(8b)与所述差速器(5)上的齿部(5a)啮合,并且其中所述中间轴(8)轴向地被布置在所述中部的壳体区段(G2)中。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的变速器装置(1),其特征在于,所述行星齿轮变速器(7)在径向上至少部分地被布置在所述第一电动机器(2a)之内。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的变速器装置(1),其特征在于,所述行星齿轮变速器(7)至少具有第二行星齿轮组(9a,9b),其中所述第一行星齿轮组(9a)具有第一太阳齿轮(11a)、第一环齿轮(12a)以及可旋转地支承在第一行星架(13a)上的多个第一行星齿轮(14a),其中所述第二行星齿轮组(9b)具有第二太阳齿轮(11b)、第二环齿轮(12b)以及可旋转地支承在第二行星架(13b)上的多个第二行星齿轮(14b)。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的变速器装置(1),其特征在于,所述差速器(5)被设计为锥齿轮差速器。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的变速器装置(1),其特征在于,所述第一电动机器(2a)的第一转子轴(R1)围绕第一旋转轴线(D1)旋转,其中所述第二电动机器(2b)的第二转子轴(R2)围绕第二旋转轴线(D2)旋转,其中此外,所述中间轴(8)围绕第三旋转轴线(D3)旋转,并且其中所述差速器(5)的两个从动轴(6a,6b)围绕第四旋转轴线(D4)旋转。
10.根据权利要求9所述的变速器装置(1),其特征在于,所述第二旋转轴线(D2)在空间上被布置在所述第一旋转轴线(D1)的上方以及所述第一旋转轴线的后方,其中所述第三旋转轴线(D3)和所述第四旋转轴线(D4)在空间上被布置在所述第一旋转轴线(D1)的下方以及所述第一旋转轴线的后方,并且其中所述第三旋转轴线(D3)在空间上被布置在所述第四旋转轴线(D4)的下方以及所述第四旋转轴线的前方。
11.根据权利要求9所述的变速器装置(1),其特征在于,所述第二旋转轴线(D2)在空间上被布置在所述第一旋转轴线(D1)的上方以及所述第一旋转轴线的前方,其中所述第三旋转轴线(D3)和所述第四旋转轴线(D4)在空间上被布置在所述第一旋转轴线(D1)的下方以及所述第一旋转轴线的后方,并且其中所述第三旋转轴线(D3)在空间上被布置在所述第四旋转轴线(D4)的下方以及所述第四旋转轴线的前方。
12.根据权利要求9所述的变速器装置(1),其特征在于,所述第二旋转轴线(D2)在空间上被布置在所述第一旋转轴线(D1)的上方以及所述第一旋转轴线的前方,其中所述第三旋转轴线(D3)在空间上被布置在所述第一旋转轴线(D1)的上方以及所述第一旋转轴线的后方,其中此外,所述第四旋转轴线(D4)在空间上被布置在所述第一旋转轴线(D1)的下方以及所述第一旋转轴线的后方,并且其中所述第三旋转轴线(D3)在空间上被布置在所述第四旋转轴线(D4)的上方以及所述第四旋转轴线的前方。
13.根据权利要求9所述的变速器装置(1),其特征在于,所述第二旋转轴线(D2)在空间上被布置在所述第一旋转轴线(D1)的下方以及所述第一旋转轴线的前方,其中所述第三旋转轴线(D3)在空间上被布置在所述第一旋转轴线(D1)的上方以及所述第一旋转轴线的后方,其中此外,所述第四旋转轴线(D4)在空间上被布置在所述第一旋转轴线(D1)的下方以及所述第一旋转轴线的后方,并且其中所述第三旋转轴线(D3)在空间上被布置在所述第四旋转轴线D4的上方以及所述第四旋转轴线的前方。
