Description
Claims (1)
- ロッドと前記ロッドが出入りするアウターシェルとを有して伸縮可能な緩衝器本体と、
前記ロッドに連結される筒状のエアチャンバと、
前記アウターシェルの外周に不動に装着される環状の取付部材と、
筒状であって先端が前記取付部材の外周に嵌合されるとともに前記緩衝器本体の伸縮によって基端側が前記エアチャンバ内に出入りするピストンパイプと、
前記エアチャンバと前記ピストンパイプとに架け渡されるローリングダイヤフラムと、
前記取付部材の外周に装着されて前記ピストンパイプの内周に密着するシールリングと、
前記取付部材の前記シールリングより反エアチャンバ側にて前記取付部材に対する前記ピストンパイプの抜けを防止する抜け止め部と、
前記取付部材の前記シールリングの反エアチャンバ側にて前記取付部材に対する前記ピストンパイプの周方向への回転を防止する回り止め部とを備え、
前記取付部材は、外周であって前記シールリングより反エアチャンバ側に設けられて前記ピストンパイプの先端内周が圧入される圧入部を有し、
前記取付部材における圧入部の外径は、前記取付部材における前記シールリングが装着されるシール保持部の外径より大きく、
前記圧入部が前記抜け止め部および前記回り止め部である
ことを特徴とする緩衝器。
