Description
本出願は、2017年9月20日付の韓国特許出願第10−2017−0121477号および2018年9月18日付の韓国特許出願第10−2018−0111631号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容を本明細書の一部として含む。
溶剤50〜100重量部;
バインダー20〜60重量部;および
分散剤3〜10重量部;を含む、窒化ケイ素焼結体製造のためのテープキャスティング用スラリー組成物であって、
前記窒化ケイ素粉末は、ベータ相窒化ケイ素およびアルファ相窒化ケイ素が4:1〜1:1の重量比で混合されたものであり、
前記溶剤は、極性が異なる2種以上の有機溶剤が混合されたものである、テープキャスティング用スラリー組成物を提供する。
第2溶剤として、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルアセテート、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル、エタノール、ブタノール、およびメタノールからなる群より選択される1種以上を含むものであってもよい。
前記組成物を成形してグリーンシートを製造する段階;
前記グリーンシートを1次熱処理して脱脂させる段階;および
前記脱脂されたグリーンシートを2次熱処理して焼結させる段階;を含み、
前記テープキャスティング用スラリー組成物は、上述した本発明のテープキャスティング用スラリー組成物である、窒化ケイ素焼結体の製造方法を提供する。
溶剤50〜100重量部;
バインダー20〜60重量部;および
分散剤3〜10重量部;を含む、窒化ケイ素焼結体製造のためのテープキャスティング用スラリー組成物であって、
前記窒化ケイ素粉末は、ベータ相窒化ケイ素およびアルファ相窒化ケイ素が4:1〜1:1の重量比で混合されたものであり、
前記溶剤は、極性が異なる2種以上の有機溶剤が混合されたものである、テープキャスティング用スラリー組成物を提供する。
前記組成物を成形してグリーンシートを製造する段階;
前記グリーンシートを1次熱処理して脱脂させる段階;および
前記脱脂されたグリーンシートを2次熱処理して焼結させる段階;を含み、この時、前記テープキャスティング用スラリー組成物としては、上述した本発明の組成物を用いる。
100%ベータ相からなる比表面積7.43m2/gの窒化ケイ素粉末および95%アルファ相からなる比表面積8.27m2/gの窒化ケイ素粉末を下記表1の重量比で混合した粉末を原料として、下記の方法でテープキャスティング用スラリー組成物を製造し、これを用いた窒化ケイ素焼結体を製造した。
前記ベータ相およびアルファ相窒化ケイ素混合粉末100重量部に対して、焼結助剤として2重量部の酸化マグネシウム(MgO)と5重量部の酸化イットリウム(Y2O3)を添加して原料粉末とした。また、バインダーとしてはSOKEN LPR001、分散剤としてはDISPERBYK−112、可塑剤としてはジ−ノルマル−ブチルブタレートを用いた。
前記(1)で得られたスラリー組成物をドクターブレードで成形して、厚さ0.2mmのグリーンシートを製造した。
△d/dIx100(%)(△d=焼結前のグリーンシートの面積−焼結後の窒化ケイ素焼結体の面積、dI=焼結前のグリーンシートの面積)
100%ベータ相からなる比表面積7.43m2/gの窒化ケイ素粉末および95%アルファ相からなる比表面積8.27m2/gの窒化ケイ素粉末を6:4の重量部で混合した粉末を原料として、下記の方法でテープキャスティング用スラリー組成物を製造した。
Claims (12)
- 窒化ケイ素粉末および焼結助剤粉末を含む原料粉末100重量部;
溶剤50〜100重量部;
バインダー20〜60重量部;および
分散剤3〜10重量部;を含む、窒化ケイ素焼結体製造のためのテープキャスティング用スラリー組成物であって、
前記窒化ケイ素粉末は、ベータ相窒化ケイ素およびアルファ相窒化ケイ素が4:1〜1:1の重量比で混合されたものであり、
前記溶剤は、極性が異なる2種以上の有機溶剤が混合されたものであり、
前記溶剤は、第1溶剤として、トルエン、ベンゼン、キシレン、およびメチルエチルケトンからなる群より選択される1種以上;および
第2溶剤として、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルアセテート、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル、エタノール、ブタノール、およびメタノールからなる群より選択される1種以上を含むものであり、
前記溶剤は、第1溶剤および第2溶剤が4:1〜1:1の体積比で混合されたものであり、
前記バインダーは、アクリル系バインダーであり、
前記分散剤は、ポリエステル系分散剤、ポリアクリレート系分散剤、ポリウレタン系分散剤、およびポリエーテル系分散剤からなる群より選択される1種以上である、
テープキャスティング用スラリー組成物。 - 前記窒化ケイ素粉末は、ベータ相窒化ケイ素およびアルファ相窒化ケイ素が2.5:1〜1:1の重量比で混合されたものである、請求項1に記載のテープキャスティング用スラリー組成物。
- 前記窒化ケイ素粉末は、比表面積が5〜10m2/gである、請求項1または2に記載のテープキャスティング用スラリー組成物。
- 前記焼結助剤粉末は、窒化ケイ素粉末100重量部に対して1〜15重量部含まれるものである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のテープキャスティング用スラリー組成物。
- 前記焼結助剤粉末は、酸化マグネシウム(MgO)、酸化イットリウム(Y2O3)、酸化ガドリニウム(Gd2O)、酸化ホルミウム(Ho2O3)、酸化エルビウム(Er2O3)、酸化イッテルビウム(Yb2O3)、および酸化ジスプロシウム(Dy2O3)からなる群より選択される1種以上である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のテープキャスティング用スラリー組成物。
- 前記アクリル系バインダーは、アルキル基を有する(メタ)アクリル系単量体5〜60重量%と、ニトリル基を有する(メタ)アクリル系単量体5〜60重量%を含む単量体混合物の重合体である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のテープキャスティング用スラリー組成物。
- 可塑剤をさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のテープキャスティング用スラリー組成物。
- 前記可塑剤は、前記バインダー100重量%に対して1〜40重量%含まれるものである、請求項7に記載のテープキャスティング用スラリー組成物。
- 前記可塑剤は、ジ−2−エチルヘキシルフタレート、ジ−ノルマル−ブチルブタレート、ブチルフタリルブチルグリコレート、およびフタル酸ジオクチルからなる群より選択される1種以上である、請求項7または8に記載のテープキャスティング用スラリー組成物。
- 前記テープキャスティング用スラリー組成物に含まれている窒化ケイ素粉末および焼結助剤粉末の総含有量は、30〜60重量%である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のテープキャスティング用スラリー組成物。
- 前記テープキャスティング用スラリー組成物の25℃における粘度は、100〜1000cPである、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のテープキャスティング用スラリー組成物。
- 窒化ケイ素粉末を含むテープキャスティング用スラリー組成物を用意する段階;
前記テープキャスティング用スラリー組成物を成形してグリーンシートを製造する段階;
前記グリーンシートを1次熱処理して脱脂させる段階;および
前記脱脂されたグリーンシートを2次熱処理して焼結させる段階;を含み、
前記テープキャスティング用スラリー組成物は、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のテープキャスティング用スラリー組成物である、窒化ケイ素焼結体の製造方法。
